Happy to announce the start of this diary. I planted two Dolato V2 seeds directly into some Ecothrive 70/30 on the 17 of May, checked on them and they are both about to break ground.
I plan on watering them only dechlorinated water for the first week, then il start them on a light nutrient feed.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Both girls appear to be growing at a good rate 👏
I’ve started feeding them a light nutrient feed as of today. I plan on repotting both plants into some 1 litre pots towards the end of the week.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Both plants were repotted into 1 litre pots, seen a good amount of growth over this week.
They are both continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Seen some good growth over this last week, they’re continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week.
I plan on repotting them into bigger pots soon.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
I repotted both girls into 3 litre pots around 4 days ago. They both appear to have settled into their new pots and have pushed out some new growth.
They’re continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Finally got round to repotting these girls, just struggling for time, hence the reason I’m a day late updating this diary.
Repotted them into 10 litre pots, not watered them in yet as they felt fairly heavy from their last feed.
Continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week, may add some extra root tonic to help the transition to help speed up recovery time.
I removed a couple of fan leaves here and there, it was getting a bit out of control in the tent and I was noticing some moisture build up on the leaves.
Shouldn’t be an issue now, a substantial amount of plants have been taken out so everything has a bit more room to breathe.
Couple more weeks then they’ll go into flower 🌸
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Decided to bend over the main stem to slow down growth some and to open up light to the lower branches.
I’ve taken two clones from each DV2, all the clones appear to be doing well.
They’re both continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week and appear lush and healthy.
Hoping to move into these girls into flower in just under two weeks.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
All appears well with these two, they both appear to have settled into their new home. Both plants are drinking at a good rate and I’ve increased the A+B nutrients up to 2ml/ltr.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Seen some good growth from both girls over this last week.
Bud sites are forming nicely on both plants, one plant appears to be a bit more vigorous than the other, but we’re still early in the game, things can change.
I’ll be adding some Canna Boost to their mix at 1ml/ltr on their next feed, this will continue until around week five.
Not much else to report, both plants appear happy and healthy.
Until next time 🌱💚
Both plants have had a good weeks growth, bud sites have developed nicely on both plants.
Plant#1 appears a lot more vigorous and needs watering every 2-3 days.
Plant#2 is the opposite, fairly slow growth, watering every 4-5 days.
Both plants appear healthy enough, no signs of deficiencies.
They will both continue on the same nutrient feed as last week.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Seen some good growth over this last week. The smaller of the two appears to be picking up pace a bit.
Both plants will start receiving extra PK in their feed as of this week.
I’m using a different brand of PK boost as I’ve run out of the Canna stuff I usually use.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Both girls have had a good week, they’re both entering their final week of nutrients. I’ve stopped any PK boosts and they’ve gone back on a basic nutrient feed.
Watering every 2-3 days.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Seen a good bit of growth from both girls over this last week.
They’ve done receiving any nutrients now and are on dechlorinated tap water until they finish.
They both had their first flush a day or so ago, that being said they look like they’re going to finish faster than the other IHG girls in the tent.
Both plants have a very similar smell it’s kinda sweet and gassy, it’s very pleasant.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
Both girls are entering their eighth week of flower, out of all the IHG group these two appear to be finishing the fastest.
The buds on both girls have really swollen over this last week and they’ve faded out a nice black/purple.
I’ll start checking trichomes in the next few days, but they look very close.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
These two are on the brink of being done!
Just waiting for this heatwave to pass and then they’re coming down.
Both girls are entering their ninth week of flower. Both plants have turned almost completely black. The pictures don’t really do them any justice.
Getting some crazy terps, sweet and gassy, amongst other things like varnish, petrol and a sharp fruity smell I can’t quite distinguish.
Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚
All good things have to come to an end and let me say these two girls have made me a happy chap!
Pheno #1 definitely has potential and will be sticking around for a while.
Both plants grew well in the vegetive stage, although #2 didn’t appear to enjoy the LST and definitely slowed in growth and fell behind the others.
#1 bounced back from any pruning or LST almost immediately and had more vigorous growth out of the two.
#1 has rock solid buds that are a black/purple in colour with bright orange pistols, she’s absolutely coated in a thick layer of greasy trichomes and smells like a mixture of Varnish, sourness and a sharpe fruit smell that’s not very distinguishable at this point.
#2 has the most swollen calyx’s I’ve ever seen on a plant! Every single one swelled up! Her buds aren’t rock solid, but they are very firm to the touch.
She’s got a really sweet gassy smell that tickles the nose, getting a similar varnish smell as the other one, but definitely more sweet like Gelato.
I’ve got a couple of spare clones of this that il be running again soon for a second attempt.
Both plants have been cut into individual branches, all fan leaves have been removed and any leaf with a visible stalk.
They’ve been hung in my drying tent and will dry for 10-14 days.
I try and keep the RH around 55-60 and the temperature is out of my control it fluctuates with the weather, but will usually be anywhere between 20-24*c this time of year.
I’ll get some pictures of the buds and an update once everything is dry and in jars curing.
I’d like to thank everyone who has had a look, liked or commented on this diary, hope it’s been helpful.
Really enjoyed this grow, In-House Genetics have blown me away once again!
Until next time 🌱💚
@XII_XII_MrGreen,
Got loads of exciting ones in storage, just don’t have the space to set them going yet.
Just trying to find a decent mother to run 🌱💚
