Hey fellow growers! I'm excited to share with you my new grow diary for Cherry Cola Auto. This is my 4th grow and my first time documenting it online. I decided to start this new grow before harvesting my previous one, which is Six Shooter Auto from the same breeder (FastBuds). I just couldn't resist the temptation of trying this strain. It sounds delicious and potent, and I've heard great things about it.
I'm growing in a 2x2x4 tent with a Viparspectra P600 LED light. I'm using organic soil mixed with perlite, and feeding with T.A. Pro Organic nutrients. I planted the seed directly in the substrate and it sprouted in 3 days. It always fascinates me how this tiny blob of green will grow into a beautiful plant in just a few weeks.
I'll be updating this diary regularly with pictures and details of the grow. I hope you enjoy following along and feel free to comment or ask questions. I'm always open to feedback and advice from more experienced growers. Thanks for reading and happy growing!
Hey fellow growers, welcome to the first week of my new plant! This little beauty is sharing the growbox with its older sibling, who will be harvested in a few days. I can’t wait to taste the fruits of my labor!
The new plant is a bit shadowed by the older one, so I had to improvise some additional lighting from an 6500k LED bulb. I hope this will help her grow faster and stronger. I’m using T.A. Pro Organic nutrients, but the site only has them under the old names GHE G.O Thrive, so I filled the info with the old ones.
At the end of the week, the new plant sprouted her second pair of leaves. She is looking healthy and happy. I love watching her grow every day. 😊
Here is a cute photo of the new plant in front of the old one. The new one is still green and fresh, while the old one is turning purple and frosty. They look like sisters, don’t they? 😍
That’s all for this week, folks. Stay tuned for more updates on my cannabis journey. Peace out! ✌️
Hey, fellow growers! The second week of this awesome journey has come to an end. The whole week was spent waiting for old lady Six Shooter to free up the big pot for our baby. It seems that organic fertilizers can’t work properly in a small volume (correct me if I’m wrong), and the girl showed signs of nitrogen deficiency. But nothing bad happened and after transplanting the plant feels good and has already grown a couple of healthy leaves. But I’m getting ahead of myself. To check it out, come back next week. Good luck to everyone’s grow and see ya!
Hi there, growers! Another week has passed and our little girl is doing great. She has settled in her new home and is showing off her beautiful green leaves. She is growing fast and strong, and I can't wait to see her flower. I didn't have to water her much this week, because the soil was already moist from the transplant. She seems happy and healthy, and I'm proud of her. I hope you are enjoying your grow as much as I am. Stay tuned for more updates and happy growing!
Hello again, growers! This week was a big milestone for our girl. She has entered the preflower stage and is getting ready to bloom. She has developed some tiny white hairs on her nodes, which means she is a female. She is also stretching a lot and filling up the space. She looks amazing and smells even better. I can't wait to see her buds forming and swelling. Next week, I will start feeding her some bloom nutrients to boost her flowering potential. I'm so excited for this phase of the grow. Stay tuned for more updates and happy growing!
Hi there! I decided to fill up this diary post factum as I have the photos and nutrient information written down anyway.
At the end of the 5th week, some of the bottom leaves turned yellow. I thought it was because there was not enough microbes in the soil to properly break down the organic nutrients into plant-accessible nitrogen. But I am still not sure 🤔
On the 6th week, I gave up on going “all organic” as the nitrogen deficiency wasn’t gone and started adding TriPart to the mix. The filled in nutrient values are averages; I changed the mix every watering, trying to find the optimal concentration.
Since there were no new yellow leaves this week, I switched back to organic nutrients. Yes, I have no idea what I am doing 😂
Apart from that, as you can see in the photos, the plant is growing fast.
The girl is flowering beautifully. I started to give her FinalPart (Ripen) in the middle of the week. I’m not bothering with flushing as I can’t tell the difference.
All my friends who tried it were blown away. Some of their comments were: "This shit is really strong!", "Man, this is too much...", "One of the bestest weeds in my life!", "Now this is my favorite strain!"
Maybe it is really that good, or maybe it’s because they got it for free 🤔. Anyway, they all asked me to grow it again 😁.
Growing this strain was easy, and messing with nutrients had no effect on the final result. I got my personal record harvest from this strain without using LST or any other training method.
