Hydro_Hiebs 👋 All right guys! I'm super excited to start this pheno hunt.🤪 I germinated 30 seeds consisting of mostly Ganja Farmers Seed's new releases and a couple of Greenhouse Seed strains and one Pure Instinto seed Kings banner. Out of the 30 seeds, 25 of them sprouted 🌱. Only 2 Gelato Cake, 2 lemon orange, and 1 Gorilla Gelato did not sprout out of the 30, which I think is pretty good. I sewed these seeds directly into a homemade Organic cocoa based mix consisting of 70% coco and 30% castings also added some organic vegetation amendments with bacteria and fungi aka Roots Organic Uprising dry amendments. This is going to be a pheno hunt to find the best four to be mothers in my mother room that I will keep around for this next year or so. In the meantime, I will be collecting very sought after genetics to go after another pheno hunt. In this pheno hunt, I'm going to be looking for the four top favorites and I'm going to need You fellow growers to help me decide on the final four. We have a really good selection here and I'm excited to see what's in store. Follow along and help me decide these four prized mothers for my mother room. Hydro_Hiebs 👋 So far, this pheno hunt is going pretty well. I'm already eliminating one of the phenos in this room and it is the Gelato Cake. It's showing very unusual signs of growth telling me she is a mutant and I don't even see her growing past this size. The fastest growing phenotypes right now are the Kings banner, Gorilla Kush # 3, Purple OG Punch # 3 followed by a few more. I'm liking the color and the rate of growth at the moment. Gave them the first feeding this week and plan on flipping them into flower next weekend. I have two White Rhinos and two Lemon Oranges underneath the Spider Farmer And the rest are under Mars hydro. They will be small cultivars growing them in a sea of green style with only 3-week veg. Hydro_Hiebs Hey guys, we just finished the last week of veg. I have officially put these girls in flower last night. I am seeing some really good vigor in some of these girls. The Kings Banner from Pure Instinto particularly has the most vigor out of the 25 girls. But The girls on the left row aren't too far behind the Kings banner. I will show more details for each plant when we start to see some bud development. We saw a couple of the phenos have minor nutrient burn on the lower leaves after the first feeding of Uprising grow. But they snapped out of it rather quickly. I'm assuming they were alittle sensitive and I am taking note for next feeding I have two White Rhinos and two Lemon Oranges underneath the Spider Farmer And the rest are under Mars hydro. They will be small cultivars growing them in a sea of green style with only 3-week veg. I have moved the Gorilla Gelato 1 and 2 under the spider farmer because the are significantly shorter than the rest. I also have been adding some special nutrients this time to help get some extra food in these small pots filled with mostly Coco. I have found a few phenos with the run off PH being too low and I'm guessing it's a build up of too much nutrients as I am experimenting with a few liquid nutrition from Aurora Innovation. But the majority of them are doing wonderful. So far I'm liking the Cherry pie #1, 2 of the Purple OG punch phenos, and Gorilla Cookies #2 for it's early dense bud development. Hydro_Hiebs Hey guys, 👋 we just finished the 3rd week of flower🌹 it's been an ok week. I have been experiencing PH issues in my medium. As I apply a nutritient solution with a PH of 6.5.. the run off on some come out as low as 4.8... this round i have chose to do things differently by making my own coco based mix in 2 gallon pot growing in a sea of green style. I'm guessing the acidity is coming from an exess fertilizer I am using. I'm doing a lot of new things here and I am working out the kinks as I go. As how anything is when trying something new. I am going to be adding dolomite lime this week to try and get this medium back in range. Hydro_Hiebs Hey guys I'm really struggling with the EC and PH of my medium so they are showing signs of over fertilization. This round I am doing something completely different than I normally do so things aren't going as well as they could be but that's ok. The bud structure is still really good and I'm finding some really good keepers already. I won't make my final decision until the end where I will choose 4 to reveg. They are hanginh in there and I'm doing my best to fix this. My mistake was using too much dry amendments and is very hard to flush out 👊😁💨

Hydro_Hiebs Hey what's up grow bros. This has grow hasn't been my best but it's going well for now. I have some nice looking keepers here for my mother room. Wish you guys could smell the Gorilla Kush, Purple Tangie, Lemon Orange and the Purple OG punch. They are my favorit for terpenes and that is what I am after on this hunt. Hydro_Hiebs Hey guys, 👋 we just finished the 6th week of flower🌹 first off, I'd like to give a shout out to my gromies @HippyHemulen @resimax @ FrontRowAG_BrianG and @Inganjawetrust, @yan402, and @Ju_Bps for sticking with this diary to the end, we're about 2 weeks away from harvest on some of them. There are a couple of them that will maybe be a couple weeks longer. We've ran into some issues a couple times this round, but I think we're going to be finishing with some decent flowers. And I got some really nice keepers here. I grew him in a sea of green style. All of them grew one main stock with a nice beautiful cola at the top. I have presented you guys with some photos of the worthy ones that I am thinking about keeping. Let me know what you think about them. My favorites right now are the purple tangy number one Gorilla Kush number one purple OG punch number two. And of course the lemon orange. I'm going to have to go with number two because it is smelling like some sweet and sour orange candy. Hydro_Hiebs Hey guys, 👋 we just finished the 8th week of flower🌹 and this will be the last update until the harvest and smoke report. This is been a very fun experience growing this many different strains and phenos I absolutely had a blast. I found some really good keepers in here and I'm really excited for this harvest. Although we did run into some issues early flower, I think these girls finished just fine! They all grew in a sea of green style. Stretching up one big cola to the top. This is my first time growing like this and I plan on doing it again with the clones that I will be bearing off of the keepers! Once the harvest and smoke report is complete, this diary is not done yet. I will continue to show you the reveg of the f Phenos into the cloning process all the way until harvest again! I would like to mention the purple tangie strain in this grow. I've grown purple tangie before and this is the second time growing but this time I have three phenos and all three phenos are extremely fire and I'm having a hard time figuring out which one to keep. I want to keep the purple one really bad but pheno number one terps are extremely loud and sweet! I think the keepers are going to have to be lemon orange number 2 gorilla Kush number 1 purple tangy number 1 purple OG punch number 3. The reason of picking these phenos are the extremely loud terpenes coming off of these flowers. They are absolutely ridiculous!!! And through all four of them I get a nice variety of different flavors. Although I am really struggling with trying to choose between Gorilla Kush number 1 in Gorilla Kush number 2. Gorilla Kush number 2 is extremely dense and it's expressing more purple but gorilla Kush number ones terps are slightly louder but they are very similar! Hydro_Hiebs So this was my first time using brick compacted coco.when I grow in Coco I usually just use the ready to use coco from bio bizz. I didn't know your supposed to buffer the compacted brick coco with cal mag before use. My plants suffered cal mag deficiency the first 5 weeks of flower which really sucked and me and my plants both had to suffer through it. After extensive research I found that there is such thing is Kation exchange sites. And in raw cocofiber, put simply absorbs the calcium and magnesium through these kat-ion exchange sites and locks the roots out of the cal mag. So before using compacted Brick coco you buy online. Make sure you rinse it really good and buffer it by soaking in 150% recommend dose of cal mag for 24 hours before use! In the end the these gorilla Kush flowers turned out. They are super terpy and packs a punch. I'm happy with this pheno hunt and like to thank all you Growmies for the support along the way 👊🏻😁💨

Hydro_Hiebs I grew out 20 different seeds from Ganja Farmer seeds. I kept four of the best to keep for my mother room to bear clones for next year. This one turned out really caked and delicious.

Hydro_Hiebs This grow went well although the plants suffered cal mag deficiency the first half of flower because I didn't buffer my Coco brick before use. I usually just use the coco in the bag that already comes buffered and didn't know until I was researching why I was getting deficiencies. But I'm happy with how my buds turned out. Very dense and flavorful that packs a punch. Thanks you Ganja Farmer Seeds for supplying high quality genes 👊🏻😁💨

Hydro_Hiebs I grew this girl in a sea of green style with many other cultivars. But this purple OG punch turned out fantastic. I'm very satisfied with the results of the terpenes and the trichome production. Thank you, Ganja farmer seeds for always keeping the high quality genetics on lock!!

Hydro_Hiebs This plant grew pretty short but developed really nice dense buds caked and resin. I didn't get very much off of these plants just because they grew in a sea of green style. I had 20 plans under one TSW 2000 Mars hydro light. Each plant had about 8 to 12 g. 👊🏻😁💨

Hydro_Hiebs I harvested 3 phenos of this strain and they all were great. They suffered cal mag deficiency the first 4 weeks of bloom but thankfully found mistake and my crops are doing amazing now. These buds finished nicely 👊🏻😁💨

Hydro_Hiebs She grew in a sea of green next to 20 other cultivars so there wasn't a lot from this one plant but put together I harvested about 200 grams under one light. Not bad but could be better. I'm after quality anyways.
