She is definatly is a night strain, amazingly powerful body high. A sorta confusing euphoria too..reminds me of some OG without the lemon-esqu smell. Super sweet when growing, but has a funky motor oil kush smell.
She was a leggy girl when it came to flowering, she streached about 3 times her original size. She stayed slender and thin branched. She must be tied up about 3-4 weeks into flower. The smell when she is growing is like cotton candy or somthing super sweet, not really a berry or fruit though. When trimmed and curing her KUSH aroma bulldozed it's way in, think motor oil flowers mixed with fresh tires, and sweet kush..haha...none the less the favor is like smooth kush and creamy nutty flavor. Super smooth smoke, a testament to the proper 2 week flush. Super frosty, the stone creeps up on you and nulifys any pain and insomnia, allowing you a full body relax and sleep if desired. She did foxtail a bit and a couple buds started to develop some purple tints to them. She did like elevated Nitrogen during flower as well. Over all cool strain, wouldn't make it a staple but good to try out if you are looking for a kush strain that doesnt smell like lemon or chemicals. 60 days of flower which ia on the beginning side of the breeders 8-9 week time frame. Ended with 37.7 grams of flower and 11.7 grams of trim and small popcorns that will be made into eddibles. Happy Growing.
Super excited, next week I'm starting 2 more strains. Spliff-spliffberry cbd(1:1) and seedsman- girl scout crack. I'm a fan of green crack so the added gsc to the gene pool will be nice..
Super stoked, I started her training today. Getting her bend on. Going to leave 2 side branches on that are topped as well. I'm turning her into a Bush with the hope of getting a decent yeild.
I grew Florida 🍋 s not too long ago. Similar genetic background of your current strain here. I have a photo of one of the fan leaves over 13 inches wide across a yard stick it was a crazy strain. Wondering what this strain will do?... I'm going to follow to find out though!😁
@Green_Friends_Inc, thanx for following. I've grown a few Kush strains, I was interested in if was like the swamp kush I used to get in Florida. She should be a big gurl. I veged her out 7 weeks before I put her into flower.
I decided to pinch some of the tops to allow some of the other tops to catch up. I'm going to be putting her & her sisters into there final pots in 2 days, then starting there flower in about a week & 1/2.
I topped her 2 side branches on the 2nd node of the branch, going to start her tiedowns tomorrow, along with her sisters. Her leaves are short and fat, clearly indica, no deficiancys or issues as of yet.
right, a good mainlining can go a long way. Specially with a good lolipopping right before the flower switch. I think I may follow suit with the extended veg time on my next grow
@HighTV, yea I feel like people are in a hurry to switch to flower and not even realizing that it decreases yield. Longer veg time = bigger plant= bigger yeild. Most of this stuff I learned I have figured out on my own over the years of growing. Half of it is just common sense too...lol...
@HighTV, target yield is 60-70 grams considering breeder said 30-40 but main lining can double yields sometimes so hopefully it works. I'm also vegging for a longer period so that increases yield also.
@bobo420, thanks, I was kinda reluctant because I here they dont produce a lot. 8m going to probably end up mainlineing her to get the most out of her.
I currently have OGK “OlGa” that I’m about to flip the switch on but after reading this I feel like I should have the true FL strain - ps I am aFloridian🤔
@ChefDan420, I've sampled some of the best our country has to offer and nothing can come close to the bud I smoked in Tampa back in the early 2000's. Hoping this one will come close. We will see
