These free seeds from MVB are maybe a year old. Hopefully my 100% streak continues on these older seeds that I didn't throw in the refrigerator! 48 hours in and all three in their forever homes with polymer humidification controllers installed. Hopefully all three go towards the light and break ground in a few days. Trying Dynomyco on this one underneath the hole where the seed goes. See if it makes a difference.

Got my top dressing down and lights are up from 50 to 60 %. Will keep turning the light up over the course of the next week to get to 100 in week 2. Should be just the under/over water battle for a while.

Pretty much grow themselves when you know what to look for 😉. Light intensity at 100% and they seem to be responding favorably. Just turned up the exhaust fan to bring the temps down from 30c.

Girls love a little attention 😜. Turned their fan up and raised the light a few inches. Will start giving them their tea soon. Would like to avoid the brown tips when you start them too early. They seem to be doing just fine with the Dynomyco and the Fish head farms. Started on tea at the end of the week and they seem happy. Going to do a less is more approach this grow and not try to push the toxicity limits.

Raising the light every couple days. Look happy with the high humidity but I might kick on the dehumidifier if it goes over 65 and buds are forming. Dehumidifier set at 60 later in the week and they look better. Growing very fast and seem happy with the nutrients so far. Will get a fan in there when they light comes up a few more inches.

Starting this week off with a splash of water and the installation of the oscillating fan. Also trimmed the lowest leaves off that were touching the ground or looking shriveled or too moist. They are pretty much settled in the way I am used to and should breeze through the next month for the finish. Using the "tie down" method of LST on the tallest plant rather than raising the light higher. Will probably raise the light and defoliate heavily in a few days to open things up before the buds get too far along.

They are looking really good. It's a pain using all new soil every couple grows but the results are so worth it. Concentrating on removing foliage beneath the canopy that won't get light and keeping the light as close to the smallest plant as possible without causing discomfort to the other two. Another heavy defoliation this week. They look skinny and stretchy so I tightened the ropes on the LST and gave them the optimal levels of nutrients I've had success with in the past. Tied down the second plant after a stretch, rotated them all. (The one closest to the tent door always seems to be smaller, so moved the tallest towards the door and the smallest in its place). Heaviest defoliation to date removing dead things and foliage at the bottom of the plant that isn't getting light. They look skinny now but expect good things in a week after ramping up the nutrients with the major defoliation behind them.

Probably one more big defoliation on the smallest one. The bigger two seem to be good. Might need to go from 1 gallon water or nutrients 2 days out of 3 to 1 gallon a day at this rate as they seem to be thirsty and I don't want to under feed.

They are starting to show the first signs of frost and the buds are growing slow but sure. Tightened the tie downs on the tallest one and raised the light an inch or two. Following the plants' lead and removing the leaves it wants to drop. I imagine this will be a great grow if they keep it up for another 3 weeks.

They are fattening nicely. Glad the obvious heat stress hasn't caused too many issues. I'm running the dehumidifier at 60. Mold has not been a problem. I haven't been giving them fishhead farms so as to limit the presence of extra biological organisms during this heat and humidity. Sorry to say I have been spotting small malformed colas with malformed leaves. We'll see how it all goes in a few weeks for the final verdict on this strain. Colors starting to come through and plants are looking beautiful 🤩 Swelling and resinous. Maybe start flushing next week depending on the smallest one. Getting a fruity pine smell that stimulates the senses. Yum.

Removed some stray lower colas that weren't ever going to fully come in. Very pleasant fruity smell to the buds. Will let them fill out for another week or so and on to flushing. Seems like they picked up spider mites along the way. I blame the miracle gro I introduced to the mix although it could be anything! Guess I'm chopping without the flush and separating any infested buds from the rest of the harvest. We'll see what it all shakes out too after drying. Disappointed but glad it happened now and not earlier where I'd be trying to save the plant with neem oil.

Lot of things working against me on this one. Plants obviously were heat stressed and two of them had a love/hate relationship with the nutrients. Throw the last minute pests into the mix and not sure I would grow again. All that being said the smell on these was a heavy skunk that I haven't been able to really get from previous grows and was nice to satisfy that craving for skunk. Potency is definitely there with a clear buzz.

Nicely done! those are some good looking colas. Did you know you can rotate your pictures when you are inserting them into your diary or editing a week. Looks great though, gonna be some nice smoke.

@@Permafry, Thanks for the suggestion! I see that rotate feature now. Yeah, these are getting to be impressive for sure.
