I filled the 6.5gal reservoir with 6gal of water ph5.4 for it’s very first watering. Nothing else really needs to be done for the next 4 weeks. The big trick is not to take anything off to stress the Girl! Do not let them dry out at all until harvest! I have made SIP containers for tomatoes, peppers, and squashes for the past 25 years or so. These next thank you are for Build A Soil and Earth Box because I just learned about them in the last year or two and helped me confirm what I was doing with these beautiful Giant Girls was the correct thing. Please refer to pictures (1)Take a black 27 gallon storage bin (2) drill a pattern in the 6-7 gallon under bed storage bin cut a 1.5in pvc 16in long and place through small storage bin I use a torch or hair dryer (3) put a 2in air stone or bigger with a 5ft piece of aquarium tubing inside black27 gallon bin (4) Flip the 6-7gallon bin upside down inside of the 27 gallon bin (5)add a heaping 5 gallon bucket of medium and lightly pack all 4 sides for wicking and gently cover the drilled holes completely and add another half a bucket (6) spread evenly Dr earth home grown over plants half of bin (7)evenly spread Dr earth flower girl over opposite side and finger till all of it into the medium (8) Dump the other half of the medium on top and spread evenly (9) dump all of the worm castings on plants half and spread thinning towards other half (10) evenly spread everything else except Cx1 and recharge over the medium and finger till (11) fill sprayer with 1 gallon of water and 1tbs of Cx1 then spray whole bin a little more away from plants half (12) add the rest of the medium which will be a total of 20 gallons of medium and spread evenly (13) I secure either panda film or reflective film over the top of the bins helps keeping the plants very clean (14) now place sprouted seed in hole dump left over water and cover with something to hold humidity. A big mouth pint jar works great. (15) I gently set the jar over the seed for the next 24-36 hours so the tap root doesn’t push itself out (16) then spray water inside the jar and flip upside down over the seed spot (17) Like Because the people that are unhappy with the pictures of mine I’m going to try to remove them up to week 10. My son told me that people like that are called hater’s and not to pay no mind! I’m new to this type of stuff. It’s been hard for me to learn to navigate this site since I’m computer illiterate. I wanted to learn how to make these diaries to help people I was not being aloud without pictures. I didn’t have upto date pictures until Week 10 then everything will be caught up pictures and all. Everything is prepared in a hybrid SIP Aeroponics 27gal pot with a 6.5gal water reservoir and 20gal medium with air stone. Ph5.5-6.0 Water only! This is the cleanest , purest way to grow Giant Monster AUTOFLOWERS by far for me! I hope everybody enjoys what they learn hear ,I have.
