06/08/2023 day one of germination for the gypsy kush strain by kannabia seeds, i will be using a ks3000 light with the 301H diodes, flora series nutrients and great white at transplant, i'm excited about this strain and my new light.... lets go!!!🙌
day 7 from seed and already done with it's second set of leaves under this new light and loving life, i have my light 25% power at 24 inches once the other strain gets it's first set of leaves i will move the power up to 50% at 24 inch height...i have not fed it nutrients yet so i might start it on nutrients tomorrow👍
day 14 from seed and i had a PH problem that caused cal mag deficiency, i flushed and changed the nutrients and it seems like no newer leaves are affected hopefully i fixed everything😐
i had a huge problem the coco i had in the solo cups i forgot to buffer it making this plant get heavily damaged, i transplanted into buffered coco and it topped itself without me having to top it making this plant not only heal up but bush out, saved me a weeks growth not having to top it myself and the transplant seems to have help the plant survive so i'm happy will have to veg a few extra weeks due to the coco issue i had but at least everything is getting better now😂
this is the one growing the best in my garden because it topped itself without me having to lol, i had to already defoliate many leaves to give some branches time to play catch up, i wonder if i take clones of this plant will it possibly self top itself like the mother plant?hmmmm😀
i am growing a gypsy kush strain and the plant topped itself without me having to top the plant.... if i take clones of this plant will the clones top their selves too? i've never wanted to take clones but this plant is growing amazing due to the mutation lol
I very much doubt it but maybe. Hey you may invent a new kind of self topping trait unknown to cannabis growers lol though mutations in there very nature are quite random and quite unique in my experience any. depending on your conditions and strain some plants will naturally grow like this I believe and I think it is a trait you can isolate in breeding like any other though I could be wrong. I'm no botanist lol
flipped it into flower a day ago and it is showing some sort of deficiency or maybe nutrient burn, i will have to flush next watering and maybe lower my nutrients, maybe it is sensitive during the switch and will be ok because i have had many strains that show deficiency first week😀 or two of flower and end up getting good results in the end
day 21 of flower and this plant is recovering well from the cal=mag issue, i Lolli popped and defoliated a week early and now i can just feed her and let her do her thing😀
start of week 5 of flower and this one seems to be definitely more sativa than the other strains because it has taken this plant more time to develop buds, this will be the last plant to finish so i am guessing it will have them spear shaped buds in the end... i did a defoliation of leaves because i wanted to get some light to the bottom buds a bit😀
well this gypsy kush is the last one growing out of 4 strains, definitely Sativa phenome of the strain, on top of that i got lucky and got a branch that is a polypoid....i started flushing this a week early so i will feed for a week and a half then flush for a week in a half before harvesting.... this is my first ever polyploid plant and i am excited about it, seems to be growing larger than the other strains and still has 3 weeks😀
This strain is very much liked by its growers, we hope you enjoy it too! Thank you for trusting in our work. We wish you all the best in your new garden 👏🙌😉
