gelato-K under the ks3000

day 7 from seed and i noticed i have what looks like nutrient burn on my leaves and i think my PH level is wrong so i will flush it out and add a really light nutrient schedule to it at the right ph 😂 it's in coco so it should survive just fine after i fix the PH

well i made a huge mistake i started this seed in a solo cup but forgot to buffer the coco and it caused major damage to the plant, i transplanted into a new pot of buffered coco and had to cut off almost every major leaf was damage due to my mistake....this one suffered the worse from my mistake if it does not get better in the next week i make take it as a loss, it was my fault but i guess we learn from our mistakes, if it gets better in the week i'll post pics next week if it gets worse i will delete this diary and start another seed of the same strain, i feel stupid for making such a small mistake seeing I've grown in coco for decades i should of never forgot to buffer the coco lol😂

i made a mistake forgetting to buffer my coco and just last week this seedling looked dead, but it survived and is topped, i put it in a smaller 1 gallon pot and just plan to flower it in the 1 gallon since it's so far behind my other plants, I'm surprised it survived my mistake it was brown yellow and laid on the ground lol, if i get 2 nice branches out of this at least i'll get a few big flowers to enjoy, these kannabia seeds all survived me forgetting to buffer my coco and that says that these seeds are good quality, a lot of others i've tried would of never survived this mistake, i of course don't plan on a huge yield but if had similar sized plants put out two kolas that weighed almost 1 oz each lol😀

transfered the gelato plant in a 3 gallon pot because it was too much for a 1 gallon, it is now on day 2 flower, we will see if it can catch up to my other strains it's behind them by like 2 weeks worth of growth😀

well started this a few weeks behind the other strains in my garden and has still became my biggest plant in the garden, i am glad i transferred it into a 3 gallon before switch😀

day 21 of flower and i Lolli popped and defoliated the plant, this plant started 2 weeks behind the other strains and has become the biggest plant in the tent lol.... i Lolli popped a week early hoping to slow down the stretch that this next week brings😀

day 28 of flower and things are going ok, temps are getting hot out here in USA so that is slightly affected my grow but they are surviving😃

start of week 5 this plant got bigger than the other strains i did one last defoliation now i just feed until flush time😀

well i went ahead and cut down the gelato K... the trichome crystals were milky and the branches were getting too heavy to stay up, i'll go ahead and do a fast trim then hang them to dry, the blue water bottle next to it is for size reference this strain gets large, and it would help to scrog this in a net because the buds get heavy, one squeeze of the bud and it's dense flowers, has the typical gelato smell to me, i will give a harvest report after it dries... i want to add even though it was not totally covered in crystals this strain is super sticky!!!!😀 sorry my video is not the best i am using my cellphone to make the video and the crystals are not really being picked up that great on my phone camera i want to add i had my electric go out for 2 days from a storm which is why this one finished early i could of went another week before harvest but needed room in my grow tent, my personal preference is to harvest when they are milky right before they turn amber so that the weed is more of a hybrid feeling😀
