Hello Everyone and welcome to my 4th grow!
About a week ago I started with my usual Coco Preparation. Gave it a CalMag buffer overnight and soaked my seed. Popped the seed into my small starter container and 3 days later she popped out!
Day 0 - Started this one in a warm window. Definitely sped up the germination rate and a stronger shorter start overall.
Day 3 - Covered her with a little cup to help with humidity as my area's temps have really picked up.
Day 9 - Transplant day! Moved her into the tent and under the lights today. Root system was well formed and was starting to reach tte bottom of the cup. She spent her first 9 days in the window with direct sunlight and a humidity cup.
I also started giving Advanced Nutrients Perfect PH Trio today. Let the grow begin!
Day 12 - The first 48 hours of transplant is over! She's adapting very well and showing new growth.
Day 15 - We're off to the races! Daily growth can now be observed. I also starting giving 1ml/L today.
Day 17 - I started this one further from the lights than my previous 3 grows and it shows. She's a bit taller at this stage of life, we'll see how she gets on as she gets closer to the light.
Day 23 - This is the first time I've seen a seedling split into 2 branches at this age. This morning I essentially "topped" the 2 leaves that grew out the top of the plant. The 2 side branches look like 2 individual plants. This is gonna be very interesting!
Day 28 - She's doing great. Definitely started the grow boom this week. Will start some LST this week.
Day 30 - Started with the LST today. I tied both side branches down with green garden wire.
Day 32 - Incredible recovery made over the last 2 days from her first tie down. She's getting very bushy already. Today I tied down the same 2 branches at a higher node to get them more horizontal.
Day 33 - Tied some of her side branches down today. Strangely enough I woke up this morning to a light smell. Cant wait!
Day 36 - My goody she's a stinker this one. The strongest smell I've had at this stage out of 4 plants by a mile. I might need a carbon filter refresh for this grow.
Other than that she's doing great. Gigantic fan leaves and showing her Indica so style early on.
Day 39 - I applied more LST 2 days ago and she's bounced back incredibly as always.
Day 43 - Removed about 20 fan leaves today to increase air circulation. I also re-applied LST to some of the branches that bounced back.
Day 45 - Tied down a side branch that was outgrowing all others when it came to height. Her smell is by far the strongest I've grown at this stage of her life.
Day 47 - Turned on the Carbon Filter today. Humidity in the tent is sitting pretty high around 65% so getting the filter going for extra airflow.
Day 49 - We are in the flowering stretch for sure! She's exploded in height the last 2 days. Tomorrow starts the first week of flowering. Right on schedule with my other Autos.
Day 50 - We are into full flower! The stretch is observable daily and will probably last another week or so. The LST worked really well this grow as she has loads of tops and a pretty even canopy.
Day 53 - I moved the light up to the max height today. I also removed some leaves and satellite shoots around the bottom 3rd of the plant. This has allowed for much more light penetration and air flow.
Day 56 - The stretch is getting pretty wild on this one! Bud sites are now everywhere, I'm hoping they will start swelling when the stretch stops. Humidity is sitting steady around 55% these days with the tent left open a tiny bit.
Day 57 - I think I found Leaf Sephora today. (I think). I've never encountered this before, other than on herbs like basil. I've posted a question to see what the community thinks.
Day 62 - She's doing pretty well I'd say. I removed a few more leaves yesterday around the inside of the plant.
Day 63 - The Leaf Septoria is definitely still spreading and I don't think I'll be able to shake it at this point. Now just hoping that the buds start to size up over the next 2 weeks. It seems like the flower stretch is over so I've moved the light's up maybe another 2 inches today.
Day 65 - The smell is definitely picking up. I'm having to leave the tent open a crack at all times now for the high humidity. She's also really filled out the tent way more than my Gelato grow before. Bud sites seems to be swelling so that's a great sign.
Day 68 - She's getting stickier by the day now. Smells like a fruit orchid in bloom in there, beautiful! She is however still showing signs of Leaf Septoria - with the humidity in my area not helping at the moment, I've popped the tent halfway open to assist.
Day 73 - The smell is getting pretty strong now and she's frosted up some more. Buds ate starting to swell more as less and less stem can be seen now. Humidity still really high in my area but the tent seems to be doing fine sitting around 56%.
Day 74 - She's drinking about 1L a day now.
Day 77 - I can not explain how amazing she smells. It's like I open a bag of skittles every morning, definitely the most potent I've grown. She's starting to fatten up a bit now but the signs of Leaf Septoria definitely shows as bud size don't look too big at this stage. We will see if she swells a but more in the next 2 weeks.
Day 78 - Humidity and water consumption both dropping this week as she approaches the final 2 weeks. I'll keep a close eye to see how she turns over - the smell is at a 10/10.
Day 82 - I will be starting to give her only water tomorrow.
Day 86 - She's super frosty and smells amazing. This is the final 10 days stretch before the chop.
Day 87 - First week of water only is going well. she's starting to get milkier and maybe has a few more white hairs that I'm keeping an eye on.
This was my first plant that I had any health issues with. Leaf Septoria hit her early during flower and continued through the heatwave summer we've had in my area.
Buds are look incredibly frosty though and the smell is fantastic.
Managed to jar 70g from this plant. The lowest of my 4 grows by almost 40%. This was to be expected with the leaf septoria however.
This is one of the fruitiest strains I've smoked, regardless of me growing it. A smooth full body high, not too strong, but strong enough to make you want to do something.
@Hou_Stone, cheers mate! This will be the first time growing this strain. The flavours described was just too delicious to not try it! All the best on your side!
