Hey. I have the IR/UV 45. Its one of my main tools for all my grows bar this one. As I'm doing a sponsored Spider-Farmer SE5000 grow. So, I have to leave it out. But, its amazing look at a few of my diaries. I made lots of mistakes. But, I learnt myself how to use it. Lots of dos & don't. Just watch pre flower. You can easily add 20-30 unwanted extra cm if used wrong.
The UV 2 x 30m sessions for veg. You can increase to 2x 1hr sessions later veg and into pre flower.
For fattening you can up it to 2x 1.5/2hrs into ripening you can run the same but higher it from your canopy to protect your trichomes. Sry was blocked couldn't add this.
