So. After a fail a had with my previous grow I planted a new lady here. There is already a visible difference between two plants. Jack auto wasn't this developed after 3rd week😂
So far everything going good. She is looking fresh and healthy. Slowly I'll start increasing nutes and look for any sings of burns. In previous grow this strain handled the heavy feed quite well.
Everything by the schedule. Lots of side branching. Soon I can start increasing nutes and bending her all over the tent. Will see how she looks by the end of next week.
I decided past week to start with LST. I needed to ground her as she started to be kind a cocky about growing after artificial sun. I also snapped one of her side branches but still growing, so all good for now. Also I started with defoliation every other day a few leaves are removed, only the necessary as they casting shadow A slight smell started to appear so I thing there is some preflowers start to show anytime soon.
I've was bit unsure about heavy defol but I gave it a go. She recovered just fine after few days. Soon I will need to put the light higher, I hope there is not much streching left.
So far all good. She is developing plenty bud sites. Some stretching still going on so I bending her every 2nd day. Unfortunately there is no more space max 15 - 20cm upwards. After that I will need to find a new tent...
Just reached a full house status. Light movined up to max. Seriously I need a bigger tent. 😂 Got 20 cm spare. Hope she will soon start think more about getting in to shape. Very beautiful lady
Over the past week I've been hitting her with full strength nutes + PK. I've reduced the A+B but still ended up with ec over 3.5. There has been only a very slight burn on the tips, so she took it well. Weight is slowly increasing so the smile on my face is getting bigger every day
This week I've let the coco to dry out a bit just for change. She is pickin up some serious weight. Can't wait to feel the smoke flowing down my trachea. 😂😂
Another week gone. I reduced the mutes as we edging closer to the end but unfortunately I also starting to have problems with humidity at night time. Usually it goes over 70% so I increased the sunshine to 20hours / day and included an rock salt. So far I can keep it under 65%. I keep my eyes open for signs of mould.
the big day has arrived. I spent 2 hours with trimming and she is already hanging. there are some serious buds even on side branches. cant wait for results next week, my guess is around 110g dry or hopefully more. ✌️
drying was stresfull, i could not keep the humidity under 60%. i didnt find any mould yet so am very happy. buds are a bit airy but still good. i had smoke test today morning. its a realy tasty strain, no cough, very smooth, fruity herbal mix, very pleasant. high is awesome. for few minutes i felt couch locked, very heavy, after 45 minutes i was eating out everything i found in fridge.
now i will have few months break from growing and after i want try to grow something fruity.
Peace out
Nice looking room my friend. Looking 👀 a little crowded, but as long as you have good airflow you should be fine. Do you defoliate at all?
“Keep It Safe, Keep It Green, & Smoke 💨 It Up!!!”
@RPGrow, It is amazing how much you can control your relative humidity with defoliation. Just with that one gardening skill I was able to stop using a dehumidifier in my room unless it is summertime. During the summer I have no choice but to run the dehumidifier, but only half as much as the cultivator that is afraid to remove excess leafage.
@MagicMikesMeds, yes its coco. But I'm defoliating only to keep the humidity down otherwise its reaching 60-70%. And that's not acceptable in this stage
@RPGrow,good stuff. I run RDWC, so the need to defoliate is major. I get such ridiculous leafage that I have to defoliate every 5-7 days. Helps a lot as I usually get some pretty full lowers. Are those in coco?
Your buds look amazing my friend and I believe congratulations are in order. You put in the work and time over the last few months and it has given you some beautiful results. I wish you all the best in your next grow and I'm so happy for you that this grow has turned out as beautiful as it has. Cheers my friend and happy smoking!
@Bones, Thank you bud. £69 is not that much. On the beginning I was scared of sh*t results because of cheap chinese LEDs, but my previous grow proved me wrong. I got 147g of dried 5* buds at the end.
@Mr_Positivo, Thanx mate. Its a really small tent and I can't complain about Viparspectra V300, its doing pretty good job for £69. I'm still a bit afraid of but rot as the buds are quite close to each other.
I have the same seed and I'm glad I came across this. Your plant looks amazing and I'll be following this dairy for future reference when I'm growing this plant. ^^ Well Done!
@MaryJaneUSA, Thanks for advice. I've done OK without perlite be4. We got a bit hard water around here and I just following the feeding schedule on canna site. So the ppm is still lower that they recommend on normal feeding.
