Starring up my first legal grow in MN. Super Lemon Haze and Grandaddy Purple feminized photo period from ILGM. Started germination with the paper towel method the evening of 7/13/2023 on two different strains. Seeds sprouted tap roots a day and a half later and are in soil as of 7/15/2023
Been a few weeks since I've been able to get to this. On week4 from seed and just topped all plants. One is a bit stunted due to it wanting to grow ass up. Guess we'll see how that one turns out. More to come. New AC infinity humidifier and controls make things a lot easier to fine tune at or away from home.
Week 5 trucking right along. A little LST and added some auto watering pots by AC Infinity. See how they go. Looking to m veg for another few weeks before flipping to 12/12. Thoughts? Leave a comment.
A little haircut and more LST this week. Thinking of flipping to flower in about 3 weeks before I leave for 2 weeks on a trip. I have help so not to worry!!
Slowly switching to flower. Phasing the light on/off to 12/12 over the next week and have started adding in supplements for flower as well. Temp is getting a bit high with lights at max. May need to get a better inline fan from AC. Maybe the T6 or T8. Thoughts, opinions, questions, or complaints??
Everything still going smoothly. Added a scrog net and continue to use LST going into the early stages of flower. Flipped to 12/12 about 5-6 days ago and 2 of the 4 plants are already showing white hairs. 10-12 more weeks to go! Show some love!
Took the scrog net out and the auto watering pots for the time being since they were getting some stagnation in them. Added the AC Infinity Cloudline T8 to the tent in place of the T4 to move more hot and humid air out of the tent. Put the T4 to use pushing air into the tent from the outside. See how it goes from here, but temp and humidity are much more stable now and VPD sitting at right around 1.43
Watering ever 3 to 4 days about half a gallon a time. Will have to start watering every 2 to 3 days soon. Plants were thirsty and are loving the nutrients. Bud sites popping everywhere now and little tiny sugar leaves are starting to form. Constructive criticism, advice, comments, and complaints welcome. Don't be shy! Show some love!
Plants seem to be doing okay. Let the soil dry out too much and they didn't seem to like that. Have a bit of yellowing leaves towards the base of each one. All have been pruned off. Watered today and just watching them babies grow.
Buds are starting to fatten up, but I think that my soil may be running dry of nutrients. Leaves are yellowing from bottom up. Did a top dress, a little late mind you, today of: 1 cup worm casting, 2 teaspoons blood meal, one teaspoon bone meal, and 2 tablespoons lime to each 5 gal pot then watered. Any suggestion?
Looking like I have a nitrogen deficiency. Thoughts and what do I do to correct other than what I've done already with a top dressing off earth worm castings and blood meal?
Adding top dress of castings, blood meal and fish shit. But if you plan on running a flush you will need to think about how far you will have to take these ladies. They look like they have 3 to 6weeks left. So you may have time for the top dress to kick in and then lightly flush. But you may not have enough time. Idk how quick this strain naturally finishes.
I see it's a haze so I would expect a longer run. So I wouldn't worry and would top dress then maintain perfect waterings to ensure it can absorb this valuable stuff quickly.

Still having a little issue with deficiency and hoping that the top dressing takes hold soon. Getting close to finish. Possibly 3 to 4 more weeks maybe a bit more. Will be adding a top dressing schedule to my next grow after these 4 are done.
Been a couple weeks since an update. Seems like the top dress worked for the most part. At least it stopped the yellowing, but probably too late now to do another. Lesson learned and will alter my feeding schedule with my next grow. Feel like I have maybe 3 more weeks. 4 tops.
Been slacking at updating this. Putting in a lot of OT at work and the diary has fallen to the wayside for a bit. Had to put the trellis netting up. The two Lemon Haze plants are getting chunky and falling over under their own weight. Looks like they only have a couple weeks left where as the two Grandaddy Purp on the left side look more like they have 3 to 4 more to go. Hard to tell as they don't seem to be swelling up as much as the other two. Getting so close I can SMELLLLL IT!!
