m0useanswered grow question a year ago So your tent is about 2.5 x 2.5 x 5.9 feet. Not a bad size. 6.25 square feet/ 0.58 meters squared of growing foot print.
The tent I use is about 2x4 is 8 square feet / 0.75 squared meters of growing foot print. I find 6 plants is full and mt ideal is 4 or 2 if doing big veg times. If I was going to do a SOG I would use anywhere from 8-19 smaller pots. 1 or 2 gal max.
If you want to use LST that takes up a bigger foot print I would not do more then 4 plants. If you want to do something like SOG or sea of green, then 9 plants could work, but you will want them to have smaller pot sizes to control the overall size of plant. This is all assuming you will be growing autoflower, If you going to be growing Photoperiods then I would do just one plant or two and veg it out to a beat then flip it to flower. You can have more plants if you want to, just not getting the full benefit out of them. Given that you can clone photoperiods it might be a fun project for a bunch of clones, then its less money wasted on seeds.
I would highly suggest getting familiar with SCROG'ing if you want to make the most out of your tent. The scrog nets can help create a even canopy filled with central colas or big bud sites. Best to trim all the leaves and buds below the net line as they tent not to bulk up. one of my first SCROG net grows was my blue cindy diary and it turned out great. Small learning curve but in the end worth it.
Best Of Luck!
