Auto Orange Bud by DP - 1st GCX 9 grow

Salokin Hi Growmies, the plant is doing good so far. I have upped the lamp output to 50% of the veg part for the coming week. I have put her straight away on a very heavy feeding schedule, so let's see how she will handle that. I am super stoked to grow this strain, as it was one of my favourites back in the day, when our market was flushed with it :)

Salokin Hi Growmies, The plant is doing what’s its supposed to be doing :) doubled in size over the last week. I have removed two pairs of fan leaves to make sure that the lower sitting shoots have right away the chance to pull even with the main cola. Other than that I have upped the GC9 to 75% Veg, which doesn’t seem to cause any light stress to the plant.

Salokin The plant again doubled in size. Not sure if it’s the light, but the plant is growing super bushy. I have already started removing some of the inner shoots, to focus the energy into building some length. The roots are developing phenomenally and she seems to be overall quite happy. Once she is a bit taller, I will probably top her to make sure that I can fill the SCR.O.G. Properly. Light intensity is currently set to somewhere around 80% veg only.

Salokin Hi growmies, She is developing alright, however I feel that she isn’t stretching enough. Maybe this will start now that she has started preflower, she was topped towards the end of this week, even though she is so stubby, as i want to guarantee that all colas receive the same amount of love from the plant. Even though she is growing super horizontal, I will still install a ScrOG; to be able to control her bushyness a little. Have also finally come around to channel off some air from one of my pumps into the reservoir.

Salokin Hi Growmies, She is a tiny plant, but is covered in buds. I have been ScrOG ing her all the way until now and will continue to do so until she starts to stiffen up. I have hung the lamp much higher than before to actually get a bit of stretch out of her and have her fill the screen a bit more. Maybe generally something to keep in mind to keep the light up higher, as the plant really seems tiny, however, never showed any signs of light stress. Anyways, the bud sights are there and I will be adding some lower lights very soon to get them started from the beginning. A fan below the canopy will also need to be added, as this will be a very dense canopy. Thanks for chiming in and see you next week.

Salokin Hi Growmies, She has now completely stiffened and the buds start stretching along the colas. It’s still very hot here at times and temperatures climb towards 30 Celsius, hopefully that will fix itself with autumn around the corner, other than that I ordered a secret jardin temp controlled vent in order to get a bit more control of my tents temp. She already starts smelling very strong like oranges with some citrus subnotes. Will also add another fan next week to get some circulation under the screen. Salokin Hi Growmies, She seems to have stopped stretching g and the buds started to swell, so next week I have added pk 13/14 to the mix, as well as plant success orca and greenplanet‘s Rezin. I will add ventilation under the canopy this week, as I am getting worried that I’ll get mold down there. Other than that, the terpene profile is super strong already. „Der Name ist Programm“ literally orange and a zesty lime fragrance :D

Salokin Hi Growmies,this was the last week of nutes she’s getting. Feels like I completely misjudged how far she is along, as it seems like she has started the ripening process. Ph and ec was in line the whole time, once the leaves started fading i thought that I have a lock out or sth, so I fed canna flush for a day and continued with a fresh reservoir as per my regular feeding schedule, To no avail, as she continues to fade, even after. Not a Biggy, as the trichomes are definitely all far enough along to harvest her after the next week of flushing. Thanks for stepping by and until next week :)

Salokin She only got ph dusted RO water after the canna flush application. First I thought to continue to feed her for another week and then flush, however I felt that the fade was already to far along.

Salokin The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.
