RQS hybrids - Medusa

All the plants are growing nicely and evenly, it seems to have very solid genetics this time. One plant, however has a genetic deformation and it’s not developing as it should but from my exeperience it’s nothing to be worried about and it might be as healthy and beautiful as the others. Other than this, nothing special to add. I’ve watered the plants afters sedlings have been put to the coco coir and there was no need to water them since. This week should be interesting as I expect the ladies to speed up in their growth 🙂 Have a nice one and see you around 🤘

Hi growers. Time is running and here we have a 2nd week of my growing diary report. All the plants are doing really fine and started developing second pair of leafs. The girl that has a genetic mutation seems to be just fine. Main stem will probably stop developing, nonetheless I think she’ll be a beauty. I watered them only once this week and started adding coco nutrients. Other than that, everything’s in perfect shape and a big thank for stopping by🙂

New week and here comes the new weekly update🙂 Girls are doing fine and growing as expected. I think they lack just a little Calcium and Magnesium and I’ve started adding additional portion to my regular nutrition mix and should work fine! The deformed lady is amazing and she’s growing two main tops. I’ve also did some light LST to tallest plants with foamed wires as I want a compact formation in the tent as it worked very well in the past. Main stems are agile and this should cause any damage or even worse, any break of a stem. Other than that pretty satisfying growth so far but there is a long road ahead! New week comes with an update and don’t stop or leave the diary if you want to know more🙂 Every plant started showing small pistils and yes, all of them are ladies which is great but there is a long road ahead. Overall, the deficiency which affected younger leaves seems to be under control as new leaves look healthier, nevertheless I’m checking the tent regularly just to be sure everything is as good as possible! I like that all the plants are very similar to each others so it seems the genentics is very stable🙏 Two of the plants however, formed a very interesting shape as they were topped and I’m taking this to my advantage and forming a nice body shape doing a low stress training. Next week I’ll start feeding them according to the flowering watering guidelines but until then I’m sure they will all gain in height and mass. Until then, wish you a nice week and sew you around🙂

Hi guys, here we are with the weekly update again🙂 all the plants showed their gender and all of them are proper ladies! Woohoo! All of them are growing like crazy but from my experience they seem to be rather fast in development and don’t believe they’ll become monsters compared to some other strains I’ve grown so far. Nevertheless, all the plants are very similar in size except from the one which is just behind and catching up with others. The shape of the canopies is even and not very dense, so no need to defoliate yet. At this point I’m happy with the progress but it’s just the beginning of the flowering stage. Hi everybody, next week will be extremely busy so I decided to make a week update rather early but nevertheless. Ladies are exploding and the largest ones gaining 20 centimetres in height which is not bad💪 Lots of flowers forming nicely and I hope they start ripening slowly. Everything is just as planned and I can’t be happier with the results so far 🙏 Wish you a great week ahead!

Hi everybody taking your time off to check the weekly update of my diary! Firstly, I was wrong two weeks ago saying the girls won’t get tall, quite the opposite they are thriving and are almost 90 centimetres tall measured from the soil! I love huge plants💪 From my experience I feel confident to say that regular watering is a huge factor when growing in coco to let the ladies explode when they start the flowering period. By regular I mean at least 4 days per week and always give them enough water so that a surplus leaves the bottom of your pots. I’m very pleased about the progress, the canopies are even and the structures are very similar to one another which makes your life much easier when training them using LST and defoliation. Flowers are packed and dense already! The smell is not very strong yet but already amazing and specific. Long story short, one of the best run so far. I very much enjoy my free time spending it in and in front if the tent making sure everything is in perfect condition. Temperature is quite high during the day but not extreme as during the hottest months in the summer. Humidity could be lower but I’m not complaining. The fan makes sure the air circulation in the tent is sufficient! Furthermore, I’m like to defoliate the plants so that a light penetrates to the lower branches and snap the lowest ones as they are not a massive producers. Hi everybody, here’s the latest updare of this wonderful grow with F1 autoflowering strains from Royal Queen Seeds. Girls are now mature and in full flowering. They’re very thirsty and require around 3 litres of water per day with a high volume of nutrients. I like how the whole journey is going and I hope the girls will ripen massively. The smell is also getting stronger each day. Hi everybody, it’s been a pleasant grow and the girls are now almost ready for harvest💚 The flowering stage was very fast and you can see the buds fattened nicely! The smell is amazing and the terpene profile is outstanding. Next watering will be pure water to flush them and get rid of any minerals in the coco medium. Overall, a nice and easy grow. All of the girls produced nice even buds, not the fattest so far but in the other hand very dense, almost like a rock. Growth cycle of Medusa is very short and I did harvest all of them after only 10 weeks from germination which is phenomenal. The plants are very even which tells me the genetics are high quality. Had only small issue until the flowering period which I assume is due to Magnesium deficiency. They needed only a small amount of defoliation and I always love to do a gentle LST and on both they reacted perfectly. What can I say, I would recommend it.
