Transplanted into 5 gallon container, which is the biggest size. Don't plan on growing these too big, just a small harvest. I've started feeding Bio-Grow, starting half-strength from the recommended schedule. The biggest plant seems to have some heat-stress or deficiency, maybe both. The temps have been high, maxing at 31C, which is simply just too high. I've increased airflow in the tent, raised my light, and will be starting seaweed extract to help recovery / prevent further damage. Since I've only just started feeding, the yellowing might also be a deficiency which I hope will resolve itself. --- I hadn't watered the plants prior to transplanting, so the soil pretty much just crumbled up. I was a big too rough with one of the plants, but they both bounced back almost immediately. I don't think I'll be topping this grow, but will probably do some LST during week 2 (or 3!), if all things go well.

Plant 2 has less trichomes than plant 1, despite being the same strain. The hairs are darkening and curling earlier, and the calyx have slightly purpled tips. Is this just unlucky pheno? Or if it's signs of something wrong, then what could it be?

Appears to be some feeding differences too. But most obvious is the first pic appears to be pollinated up top

Looking good! Dont sweat those yellow spots, I feel like they just sometimes occur during rapid growth. If your soil mix is anything close to the usual light-mixes available you should have enough nutrients for the first few weeks in there. Got some RQS NorthernLight seeds with my last order, so I'll watch closely😏

@Fuzzel, Thanks! I'm using BioBizz All-Mix. I'm loosely following the nutrient chart that is provided for the soil. For some reason, the yellow-spotted plant is growing significantly faster than the other. I also noticed it had a much bigger root-system when I transplanted it.
