Tropicanna Poison - Sweet Seeds

All plants moved to final pots. For the first time in my life I had to damage the rootball in some plants during transplant because a couple of plants are completely stunted and the growth is poor. I have also changed the light at the same time from 3000k to 3500k + 660nm. But kept the intensity very low. Around 250 ppfd. I have no idea what's going because most of the plants have poor growth in my opinion although the conditions where perfect. I'm spraying them couple of times per day with mild nutrient solution, epsom salt and rhizotonic. Also around 25ml/10l of rhizotonic in feed to mitigate the stress. So far it doesn't look good. Dont know if I will put them through flowering.
