Im starting my first Dutch Passion Auto. I decided to go for auto ultimate. I saw great things with these genetics online.
I put her in a glass of water on the sunday. The seed sank to the bottom on Monday and was placed in a wet paper towel.
She germinated on wednesday and was placed in plagron light mix soil with some mycorrhiza.
4 days later, on Sunday, she sprouted through the surface of the soil.
Any recommendations for training this strain?
I was planning on topping her at node 5/6.
I will feed her only pH 6,3 water next week.
Stay tuned!
First week of the Auto Ultimate.
These genetics do look different compared to RQS already.
It is slowly growing but steady. I have been away for some time and had to turn off the air conditioner.
I will probably start giving nutrients by the end of next week.
Im excited to see how these will turn out differently to the RQS seeds.
The second week for the Auto Ultimate.
A mutation has occured and shows some deformity on the leaves. She probably wont have a strong life, but im excited to see how she further develops, this could be interesting.
I only fed her water without nutrients. I will give the first feeding next week.
I probably also wont be Topping. She wont be worth it, not the right pheno for it.
I have heard that the Ultimate is a fine candidate for topping.
This Auto Ultimate is recovering great!
She is growing quite good and fast now. I even decided to Fimm at node 5 and bend the main shoot as well.
I hope she will be in veg for a bit longer and grow a very big autoflower.
I am sure she takes stress well.
I started giving a low dosage of feeding this week.
Let's see how she will develop and recover!
The Auto Ultimate is recovering very well. The FIMming resulted in many new shoot growth and I am amazed that she still is in vegetative state.
Is it normal for the Auto Ultimate to veg for longer?
I decided to increase the nutrients to see if she can take it well. So far so good.
Let's see how she further develops. This one will be big!
Boy what a week :/
I sadly broke the main shoot, underneath the place where I had a FIM. Now she is topped at node 4 because of the break. In the pictures you can see she now sort of has 3 main shoots. She looks quite nice.
Luckily she has a really long vegetative period I am noticing, brilliant. Just today she slowly started producing the first white pistils at the top.
I will feed her and maybe do some LST this week.
What an unfortunate mistake.
Happy growing.
The first week of flower! That took quite long!
Although she already started producing white pistils last week, the stretch is now really going.
I started giving veg and bloom nutrients together this week. These genetics are quite something.
She is getting very tall and I reckon she will grow taller.
Excited to see her further develop.
Happy growing!
