Another great week!
Not much to report apart for it being an amazing plant! She's filling up and looking healthy as ever. It's day 59 now and I am sure she should be done round day 70 or so. Well at least I'm expecting it :D
She's looking nice and frosty, I refrained my self from doing almost any pruning just an experiment so she hasn't been topped or anything, but will do the opposite with the next one just to see how it compares (I know, I just continue to ramble :D)
Did the last feed this morning and will be just water for next 10 or so days , maybe will stretch to couple of weeks. Don't know how finishing will happen in pure Coco or when it will start eating on herself but I guess I'll fuck around and find out!
Fingers crossed for the ending weeks! Peace out!
@Green_Man_420, not at all thats the tricky part as well as none of the other budsites are showing anything, but at the same time maybe a fan has touched them, which i doubt, but hey ho. Other than that everything does look healthy and thank you for the kind words!
@KingZigg, I don’t think they are that over fed if I’m being honest. Have you touched the buds/bud sites at all? The plants and leafs look really healthy from what I can see. ✌️
@Green_Man_420, such a great question :D no time limit as such yet, will have to see when she's done, but I am aiming towards 65/70 too. Only problem I have now is a first grow in Coco alone and potential overfeeding so will see how this will affect her, but hoping for the best. She's looking healthy, but couple of buds started ambering heavily already and someone has pointed out that the cause may be too much food so will keep her away from nutes for a couple of days as don't want to harm her. Problem is that other than two buds she's looking rather healthy too :D
I wish you big buds mate! ;) I also have an Orion, but it's my first grow, I just wanted to ask isn't 500ml a day a lot of water? I sprinkle my seedling with like 10ml and it stays moist for a couple of days or am I missing something? 😺
@einamio, gday! I don't think LST done anything bad for her, stem is nice and thick, she's bushy and been growing great, I think I have managed to even the canopy as much as I can and flower has already started so should start shooting up big time!
Regards a scrog - I don't think I'll do that, will just let her stretch now and see what happens! But as always, this is just an experiment and I'm just hopeful for plentiful of fruit! :D have a great day brother!
@KingZigg, thanks for explaining, that was a newbie question :) Not that I've read Coco coir seems a great choice and awesome that it's working for you too! It seems most of the people let their Orions grow naturally with as little lst as possible. But I want to try what you're doing with bending the main stem so I don't have one main cola to try to keep her level. Did lst stress her out? Were you considering scrog later on? 😺
@einamio, Good day to you mister!
Well I hope not, I have never watered so much as after a big break it's my 2nd grow, saying that it's full Coco + perlite and as much as I read about it does say that I might need to water pretty much every day. Coco does dry out quite quickly and leaves are looking nice and healthy, no issues with the growth so will see with the end result. Very good question tho that I do not have an answer to and I guess will be trial and error situation :D
Happy growing to you growmie ;)
