You would have to do it as you start to flower. Honestly I would not since the plants will generally always end up smaller. Plus you also increase chance of plant naturally going hermi. If you are trying to save money on seeds there is lots of banks that will send seeds for diaries. Just track your grow with good information and start asking around.
I think you information is wrong. There are lots of video of other people doing it. I have been doing a lot of research and I am even talking to people right now as we speak about it.
You will not charge the sex if you do they will not be any decent seeds as still 75% chance of being hermies you need a proper male plant to pollinate the female but if you also grow bud its big risk as you can pollinate the other plants easy from just clothes and its invisible so why would you want to risk it but they will not be decent seeds inless you have male plants and not one that started female sorry for saying

SlexiSmoker Well the triplets are looking great the actually flowered faster than their mother which was something I wasn't sure I would see. Reversing is going great I am on the last days of sprays.
