Cloned from a 1.5 year old mother. Clones had 100% success using Promix rooting powder, and took approx 12 days to display roots. 8 Clones planted today, when it's time to flower i will pick the best 6 for flowering in a 4x4 tent. This is my first start to finish grow in Coco Coir. I typically do DWC method (Deep Water Culture) I was given a sample pack of MYKOS mycorrhizae, so dug out the soil to plant, and sprinkled the MYKOS generously into each hole and on the side walls, then placed the clones inside and back filled. It's my first time really using mycorrhizae so it should be interesting. I'm told great things so... I'll add a bit more info. The young clones are inside a Mammoth dual 90 tent which is 3'x3'x5.5'. Mammoth tents suck I don't recommend them. They will only be in there during part of their veg cycle, or all, I haven't decided. Air is being moved by a 6" AC Infinity oscillating clip on fan, and air is exhausted via a AC Infinity 4" inline fan going into a 4" vortex carbon filter which is outside the grow area. When they are ready to flower, i will transplant them into 3 gal fabric pots and move them into a AC Infinity 4'x4'x80" tent with 2x 6" AC Infinity Oscillating clip on fans, and air extraction using a 6" AC Infinity cloudline exhaust fan. Carbon filter is a 6" Vivosun I believe, I can't remember. So thats a little bit more info on whats going on. Hope that is useful.👍

Yeah i know, the humidity is low lol. I'm lazy and can't be bothered to lay down some water on the floor to raise it. Eventually i'll get my humidifier going but i still need to clean it from my last crop. Once i get my 4x4 tent cleaned and ready these lemon kush clones will be moved into it to flower. Im going to follow a suggestion made by one of the guys that works at my local garden shop in regards to growing in Coco. He said he recommends a nutrient watering, then when they need water again, to water with just cal-mag. So The ladies were watered yesterday with a 1.5ml per liter mix of cal-mag and pH to 6.2 I had a calcium issue last crop growing in DWC. First time ive ever had that happen. DWC usually goes off without a hitch. I'm a noob to growing in hard water in a extremely dry climate. It's a delicate balance between Calcium and Potassium. Too much potassium can lock out calcium, then you got problems. I read somewhere that maintaining VPD can create a calcium issue, but at the time it was still a debated and investigated subject, so i'm not entirely sure. Best advice i could give in a DWC setup would be to have a external secondary res of nutrients to maintain water and nutrient levels. As water and nutrients get taken up by the plant your solution levels drop and become more concentrated and can cause all kinds of nutrient issues. Putting a float valve in your res and have it connected to another 5 gallons of nutrients would be a wise idea. Anyhow, this isn't DWC, it's CoCo. It's not much work right now as they are still establishing a root system and getting used to their new home outside the clone dome. Should see some significant growth this coming week. But once they get bigger they will move into 3 gal fabric pots and i anticipate a lot of watering....which is gonna suck. I ordered a wireless camera off amazon which im going to fix to one of the tent poles so that i can monitor the plants remotely. Reason for this is that, again, i'm lazy! And i've lost entire crops in the past because i was too lazy to get off my ass to go check on them. With the camera, i can check their condition remotely any time i want with my phone. So if they are wilted i will know without having to constantly upzip the tent and check. 😁😁

New home for the Girls. I moved into the AC Infinity tent because the CFL was creating too much heat, and it was not providing enough coverage. The heat is an issue as the room is still warm from the CFL. So the exhaust fan is set to turn on when the temp reaches 84F or 55% humidity. Unfortunately the high temp has the exhaust fan running constantly which is making it impossible to up the humidity to optimum level. That usually happens when you fire up mid day in a hot environment. Hopefully after the night time outside air temps drop and dark period cools the tent down and allows the humidity to catch up, VPD will be easier to achieve. Right now VPD is like 2.26, which is way to high for veg. It should be 0.95. If you don't know what VPD stands for it's Vapor Pressure Deficit There are 2 extra plants in there which are mother's I've sprouted from seed. They are Oreoz and Biscotti Mintz. There is plenty of room and since i'm on 18/6 light cycle, and the mother tent's CFL is creating too much heat, it makes sense to cool things off and put them in till it's time to flip to 12/12. It looks as though a few of them have stretched a bit too much due to lack of light intensity (damnit), but hopefully thats over now. Next feed will be 2x to 3x more than the last feed. Originally I set the light higher and set the intensity to 100%, but again, the heat was becoming a problem, so I reduced the intensity to 50% and dropped the light down by 2 feet. Temps are falling to acceptable levels now and perhaps the exhaust will shut off and allow humidity to rise. By the way, i am in a hard water area. DO NOT use hard water in your humidifier. Your whole world will be buried in calcium dust.....and you will plug up your expensive carbon filter and render it useless. I buy RO water from a local pet store for 3.50 per 5 gallons. Once the plants get big enough i can usually rely on the plants to keep the space humid, but when their small the humidifier is necessary. Can't recall the make of humidifier. It was just a Walmart special. Anyways, Onward we go!👊

Transplanted into 3 Gallon Fabric pots today. The plants were far from root bound and really didn't need transplanting, but i didn't want to induce flowering and then have to transplant later. I used Mother Earth Coco 70% / 30% Perlite mix. It's washed and buffered to 6.8 out of the bag. I mixed week 1 of flowering nutrients and adjusted the pH to 5.7 A generous amount of Extreme Mykos was sprinkled at the bottom of the hole the plants were transplanted into. Then watered each plant with about 1 litre of nutrient solution each. The plants didn't have a robust root structure so the transplant was a bit rough. I'm hoping the shock won't be too bad on them. There were 10 plants, but now there are 9. Three rows of 3 seem to fit perfectly in a 4x4 tent. I would do 6 plants if it was a bushy Indica variety, but these Lemon Kush are not very branchy and basically grow in a classic Sativa type pattern. Big main kola with a few small side branches. Not very bushy at all. The 10th plant I decided to toss into a tent with the Mother plants. It's a clone off a Mother grown from seed. I decided to get rid of the mother so i put it outside, but i like the growth pattern of the Lemon Kush plant so I thought I'd keep it around for future consideration. I had intended on giving the plants 36 hours of darkness before going to the 12/12 cycle, but the transplant was a rough one and I was afraid the double whammy of transplant and darkness might be dangerous. So I opted out this time. Though the lights went off at midnight, and won't turn on till 4:30pm. So that's 16.5 hours of darkness before 12/12 begins. Onward we roll! 👌

I'm a bit late on this update. But better late than never as they say. Everything is going smoothly so far. No signs of deficiency. Environment is dialed in. All seems well. I added some Hygrozyme last feed which is an enzyme that eats cellulose (old dead root matter) and converts it into a usable form of nutrients the plants can take up. I had a bottle of it so I decided to try it out. It's past it's expiry date on the bottle by about 9 month's. I contacted the company and asked if it was still worth using. They said the enzymes would still have some activity, but wouldn't be as good as a fresh bottle. They offered to send me a new bottle for free (including shipping) without my having to even ask! Additionally they also said they will send me a sample bottle of their new Hygroben product, which is a beneficial bacteria profile which works in tandem with Hygrozyme. Really cool of them to offer that up free of charge and without me even asking. That's customer care that you just don't see anymore. I'm thoroughly impressed, and I'm saying it right now that they've treated me very well and have gained me as a loyal customer! So I'm still doing the alternating Feed with nutrients. Letting the coco dry out so the pots feel light but no plant wilt. Then I water with Cal-Mag pH to 5.8. I'm repeating that cycle throughout this grow. Next water which will be tomorrow will be the Cal-Mag watering. Then 2 or 3 days after the girls will get their first hit of week 2 flowering strength nutrients which is roughly 1150ppm. Basically the same feed as week one but with a little less grow and a little more bloom. Some Bud Fusion and some Carbs. I've increased the light intensity to 8 out of 10. Next week they will have hopefully finished their stretch and I can set the light height to where i want it and crank the intensity to 10. 💪 By the way, I should mention that i have 2x 5gal buckets full of water that i keep in the bathtub in one of my bathrooms. I have a air pump in there with a bubbler in each bucket. The water is left to stand for 3 to 5 days with the air stones bubbling to gas off the Chlorine so I don't kill my soil bacteria and fungi. The bubblers also provide additional oxygen saturation in the water but as well they aid in speeding up the chlorine gas off process. Anyways, I'm running out of H.O.G. Bloom and I'm no longer supporting the store I originally purchased it from so most likely i'll sub it out with GH Bloom. Hopefully no issues arise. Onward we ride! 👉

Sorry, I'll put more pictures up later. Just trying to find time to get this entry in. My lights come on at 4:30pm and it's 3pm now. Anyways, Plants are rolling along. I really like the H.O.G Innovating Plant Products 3 part line. I've done a few crops using it and i think it's really superior stuff! And i don't know them or get any kick backs for saying that. I just really like the results using it. It's the most trouble free nutrient line I've used. It's better than GH and better than Remo in my opinion. The bummer part is that i can't get the nutrients anymore unless I pay shipping, and i say no fuckin' way! So next run I'll give Remo another shot. So the plants have gotten week 3 of flower nutrients yesterday, which is roughly 1200ppm. I don't bother checking the PPM with a tester because the strength is indicated on the chart, so why bother? I have one i just don't use it. I top watered 1 gallon of solution in each and let the runoff collect in the bottom of the AC Infinity self water bases. Some of the plants are leaning and crowding others so today at some point i will stake them upright. I cut bamboo stakes to 3' long today and got some tie wire. I'll take care of that and then take a bunch of pix to add to this entry. For whatever reason, the plants don't seem strongly anchored into the soil. They were rooted in rock wool so they don't have a solid foundation as the rock wool is soft. Everything is looking good. No signs of light burn or deficiency (knock on wood) I fucked up when i mixed up the solution yesterday and mixed up the Bloom Ratio with the Micro. So instead of 2.0ml per liter of Micro they got 3.5ml per liter, OoPs! I do that more often than not. Getting old! No need for humidifier anymore. It's actually been out of there for weeks. The transpiration rate and evaporation from the fabric pots take care of the humidity in the space. My space has 2 exhaust triggers, but mostly the exhaust is triggered by humidity, which it's set to 55%. Fan drops it down to about 45% and then the natural environment raises it till the fan is triggered again. It's really nice to have all this affordable automation cuz man, back in the early 90's it was a real struggle with piles of H.I.D lights that make the air dryer than a mouse fart. Anyways, I'm rambling on. Feel free to ask questions if you like. I've got 30 year's of Weed growing under my belt so I'm fairly knowledgeable.

So one of the plants decided to act up on me. I actually didn't notice last week as it was in the early stages. One evening i had a look at my camera monitor and 1 plant's leaves were a touch droopy compared to the others. I went and had a look and discovered the leaf necrosis. Damage is present from mid plant to the top. The lower half of the plant is normal and shows not even the slightest damage. I had this issue last year in a RDWC setup. It began close to the end of the crop so i never got to diagnose and reverse it before harvest. To me, the necrosis between the veins of the leaves and it being on the upper half of the plant, the closest thing i could think of is 1 of 2 things, either pH fluctuation damage, or a lockout. I flushed the plant with 5 Liters of water pH'd to 6.4. I collected some runoff and tested it's pH and it was 6.5 so I can assume it's not pH. So I flushed the plant 2 days ago with just pH 6.4 water. Today i checked on the plant and the damage, which was moving fast in it's spread, has seemed to stop progressing! Yesterday every plant with the exception of plant #6 (the sick one) got 1 liter of cal-mag water top applied. Plant #6 is still heavy with water from the flushing. The rest can go another day before they get watered. Tomorrow i will feed them all. Some of the plants are having trouble establishing a capillary action and drawing up the water from the bases. AC Infinity says the system will not work if there are no roots sticking out the bottoms of the fabric pots. Some of the plants it's working and some not. I don't know if my pots have roots growing out the bottom, I haven't looked. It would be nice if they all worked though. It's a matter of dialing it in that's all. Anyways, with the exception of Plant #6, I'm pleased with the Coco Coir medium. I love the manoeuvrability of the individual pots. I've always done RDWC so your stuck where you are. 1 Plant gets sick, they all get sick. Coco and Fabric pots are all right! We press on!👌

Best guess as to what this is caused by? Only appears on upper half of the plant. Lower half is healthy and normal. Flushed with 5 Liters of 6.4 pH water stopped the progression

The symptoms you're describing, with damage mainly on the upper half of the plant's leaves, could be indicative of nutrient imbalance or pH fluctuation. Leaf burn at the edges suggests a potential excess of certain nutrients. The fact that flushing with pH-adjusted water stopped the progression is a good sign. It likely helped remove excess salts or imbalances in the growing medium. To troubleshoot further: Check pH Levels: Regularly monitor the pH of your water and soil. Ensure it remains within the optimal range for your plants. Fluctuations can affect nutrient uptake. Nutrient Levels: Assess the nutrient levels in your soil. Excessive amounts of certain nutrients can lead to leaf burn. Consider using a balanced, well-formulated fertilizer. Watering Practices: Ensure that you are not overwatering or underwatering. Both extremes can stress the plant and affect nutrient uptake. Lighting: If the issue is only on the upper leaves, evaluate your lighting setup. Too much intensity or proximity of the light source can cause leaf burn. Keep a close eye on your plants, and if you notice any new developments or changes, adjust your care accordingly. Sometimes, these issues can be trial-and-error to find the perfect balance for your specific growing conditions.

This weeks feed proved to be too much for the girls. I followed the feed chart to the letter this time which it indicated the ppm to mix to 1200, which isn't high by my standards. In the past we were mixing hydroponic solutions upward of 2400ppm. Anyways, i highly highly highly recommend installing a security camera in your tent. You can hook it up to monitor on your phone and you can check in on your plants 50 times a day if you want with just a tap or 2 on your phone screen. Reason i advice it is because you get a really good grasp on how your plants look, so when something looks slightly off you will know right away that something is up. I knew my girls were dosed with a hot mix of nutrients, and i found that out when the lights were off. Because i have night vision on my cameras and i could see the closest plant to the camera, that it's leaves looked different than usual. The leaf tips were pointing up in a wavy upward pattern that was different from how they normally looked, so i knew something was up. When i went in, and checked when the lights turned on, my suspicions were correct. And based on a issue with plant #6 which we determined it to be nutrient burn, the signs and symptoms were the same. So i did nothing lol. I just said fuck it and left them alone as sort of an experiment i guess, but also partly because i just did a big flush and it was a bitch and i don't wanna lift the pots off the bases again and fuck up the wicks underneath lol. So i monitored them closely and made sure it wasn't progressing severely and killing them. They are damaged yes, but still truckin' I Let the soil dry out and then i watered in 2 liters of 6.2 pH calmag in each pot yesterday. I'm hoping that the plants gobbled up a bunch of the nutrients that was burning them, and that adding the 2 liters of calmag to the soil will perhaps provide a light flush, and also free up any remaining salts from the previous feed. I'm hoping that it will provide a balance, because i really don't want to flush again. There is some debate on whether or not calcium is even needed during flowering. Calcium delivers nitrogen during veg, but in flower, the plants don't need a lot of nitrogen, or calcium, so there's some debate on whether calmag is necessary during flower. I add it anyways just in case, but the science suggests otherwise. Anyways, some plants burned worse than other's. Some plants hardly show any damage at all. This is why i have always loved water culture, because i know exactly whats going on in my mixture and my root zone. In soil and coco, who the fuck knows from one day to the next? Oh, and 1 last thing. The feed chart i am following does not include a calmag supplement, and, i am using green planet ocean magic instead of the IPP Sea Storm additive that belongs in the line (i ran out). So the calmag is increasing the PPM and the green planet ocean magic i don't know how big a difference there is between it and the Sea Storm additive. Just things to consider. I do have a PPM meter. It's brand new in the box. Maybe I'll whip it out and calibrate it and test next batch. I usually never bother because the feed charts provide the PPM value of each weeks mixtures. But since i am adding extra additives and different brands of additives, maybe i'll just check. I calibrated my pH pen yesterday evening and it was off by a little bit, like 0.2 on the pH 4.0 test it read 4.2, and the pH 7 test it read 6.8. All calibrated now. I have to admit, that i am still not 100% sure it is completely the fault of the nutrient's being hot. So here's why.....The Coco i use is the Mother's 70/30 coco perlite mix that comes in 50L bags. It's washed and buffered to 6.8 pH. I water in 5.8 solution, come back next day it's 6.8 in the soil. Lowest i ever got it on my soil pH reader was 6.6. So, here's the question....pH fluctuation damage can look like magnesium damage, except where magnesium deficient leaves create inter vein chlorosis, pH fluctuation creates Necrosis between the veins. Now, being that this Coco stubbornly wants to sit at 6.8, I'm wondering if dumping in a 5.8 to 6.0 solution could be a drastic, and wide enough swing in pH, to freak the plants out and cause the issue. OR, could it be a combination of the 2??? And Apologies, i took a video on my phone for this weeks entry to the diary, but this website refuses to work when i try to upload it, so that's unfortunate. I'll try again but it's not really cooperating. And if you like the Camera corner shelves, I got a 2 pack off amazon for about seventeen bucks. I don't recommend the ones i have though because they have rubber clamps and they grip like a mother fucker to the metal poles and are very difficult to move up and down when adjusting the height.

I found out something interesting which i was unaware of. See I couldn't figure out why my plants burned because the mixture rrate for the week of flowering i was in at the time, said it would measure 1200ppm. So recently i pulled out a TDS meter and calibrated it. (it's brand new) and my nutrient mix which was supposed to be 1200ppm, was 2486ppm. It turns out that my tap water by itself was over 400ppm. So the picture has become a little more clear as to what happened. All of my grow experiences comes from the lower mainland of British Columbia, where we enjoyed very clean, SOFT water. So i moved to a very hard water location and after a 10 year hiatus in growing, i started again but with the soft water mentality. Lesson learned!!! So now I'm backing off my nutrients a bit from the feed chart. So the mixture rate for this week is my own blend in terms of ml/L The other factor is that i was adding calmag to the mix rate which is not part of the feed schedule. Additionally, i was adding a Ocean Magic 0-0-5 sea kelp type concoction from green planet, as i ran out of Sea Storm which is the IPP blend of sea stuff. But the biggest factor was definitely the tap water ppm. I didn't bother to flush them after the second time they burned. I said fuck it. It's too much trouble with the AC Infinity bases because the roots grow out the bottom of the fabric and weave themselves into the wick rope, so if you take off the fabric pot you pull out the wick ropes and it's just a bitch, so fug it! Instead i let the soil dry out then i watered with a 6.2 pH calmag solution. I douched each pot with 2 Liters of calmag. A little runoff, nothing crazy. 3 days later i mixed nutrients and discovered the huge PPM issue in the tap water, and then saw my mixture was almost 2500ppm. I diluted the mixture with an additional 15 liters of water and the ppm was just below 900ppm. I watered that in. 2 Liters in each pot. A little runoff, nuthin crazy. Last light, i watered the girls with 2 liters each of just tap water with a 6.1 pH and 2.5ml per liter of hygrozyme. I did that to just give the medium a light flush, but more so to wet the salts in the medium and allow for the plant to further absorb what it can. And the hygrozyme was added to break down the dead or dried out roots in the soil and turn that into usable food for the plants. By Wednesday or Thursday they will be ready for another watering, and then i will mix the ratio's listed in the nutrient break down. They've been hammered hard with nutrient burn, and it's certainly going to impact yield, but don't worry! Lemon Kush grows some mighty buds, even when it's taken abuse! It's gonna be just fine! You can see that even the most heavily affected plants, vs. the marginally affected plants.....the buds aren't much different in size. The lower portion of the plant is green and healthy, and has plenty of intact leaves to photosynthesize to aid in the bud development higher up the plant where the fan leaves were decimated.

There we go, now the diary is all sorted out and the weeks are accurate. Pistils still poppin'! Starting to get the first few brown pistils to show up on the low low plant buds. Tops are still filling out. I might as well raise the dimmer to 10. It's been on 9 about 11 inches from the tops of the plants. I dialed it back to perhaps reduce the stress from the hot dose of nutes. They burnt up pretty good but still rocking! Hopefully the next run i can keep them pretty for the full crop! haha The Nutrient mix i listed is not a feed chart regiment. I've had to dial it back a bit because of the high ppm of my tap water which caused me to give them a hot 2500ppm feed one day and they freaked out lol. So now i test my ppm and i try to keep it around 1000, to 1250ppm MAX Next crop I plan on doing some experimenting. I'm going to grow 3 strains. I want to do a diary for each strain and I'm going to experiment with some different nutrients (Remo Nutrients) and I'm going to do side by side comparisons with Hygrozyme and HygroBen, as well as Resin by Green Planet Nutrients. Next Strains will be; #1 Female Seeds "Lemon Kush" (2 plants) Clones #2 Barney's Farm "Biscotti Mintz" (3 plants) Clones #3 Expert Seeds "Oreoz" (3 plants) Clones 1 of each plant will be treated with Mykos Fungi, Hygrozyme Enzymatic root enhancer, and HygroBen which is beneficial bacteria. So we can draw a side by side comparison of each treated vs. non treated plant to see if Resin really does increase resin output, and if the plants health, vigour and growth are affected in a significant way. These plants on Oct 31, are 42 days into their flowering cycle. I expect them to finish near end of November. Nov 15 i will cut clones off my mother's and prepare for the mid winter run.

Winding down now. Jumping into week 8 of flower. I did one last half strength feed today (Monday) and that will be the last one. Im guessing this will be a 9 week finish just based on the Pistils die back ratio. Haven't looked at Trichomes yet but next time i'm in there i will. By Thursday they will need more water and that will be the start of the Typhoon Cleanse Flush. This has been an interesting and fun grow. I love the Lemon Kush. The plant isn't overly bushy so you never need to defoliate it. Light penetrates right to the floor so almost the entire plant produces quality buds. It's just not as potent as some. I don't smoke weed so it doesn't matter much to me. I make edibles and vape because i have wicked bad heart disease and smoking just doesn't jive with the ol' ticker. This is my very first experience growing in Coco Coir and in Fabric pots. I don't mind it actually. I love the ability to move the plants! In RDWC, forget it. Where your plant is, is where it's gonna stay. RDWC is my main method and i've done that way for decades. Another first for me is growing in Hard Water! Which was the cause of my plants burning. Coupled with the fact that i never checked the TDS and just put my faith in the feed chart, which is fine in soft water. But in Hard water, man the ppm's we're way more than i thought. I'm disappointed that i burnt my girls, which has certainly impacted yield. Most of the colas should be fatter than they are. but, as this crop has been a new experience, i'm happy that at least ive made it to the end, and kept them alive and relatively healthy, and will get some ok smoke off it.

Typhoon Cleanse - Innovating Plant Products
Typhoon Cleanse 2.5 mll
Today is the start of week 9 of flower. Plants began the flush last week. Last Friday they were douched with typhoon Cleanse 6.2 pH water with plenty of runoff. Today they will be getting the same treatment. It's been 1 week without food for them and they are still green as can be. I'm hoping this week they will start to yellow up a little. Otherwise i might have to do an additional week of flushing. I've not yet checked trichomes simply because I've misplaced my damn magnifying glass lol. I'm flushing 6 Liters through each 3 gal pot. This is the second time they are getting flushed this way. I have hard water so unless i go buy 15 gallons of RO water, which i'm not going to, the ppm in my flushing water is between 170 and 200 ppm. Best i can do. Most branches and tops are tied up at this point because they are heavy with flowers and drooping all over the place. Wednesday I will change the light cycle to 24/0 for 3 days to stress the plant for increased resin production. All my life growing weed I always did the 72 hours of darkness. The science says 24 hrs light for 72 hrs is more stress and growth so we'll see.

So, turns out i made a small error. This entry is the start of week 9, NOT week 10 of flower. Week 1 flower should instead be called Week 4 Veg. OoPs! Girls are done. Lotta cloudy, fair bit of ambers, but still lots of clear, and the damn buds are still shitting out new calyx and pistils! Tried to upload a video but this website is pretty quirky. I'll try another time. Tomorrow is Tuesday and when the light comes on, i will change the schedule so the light will stay on for 72 hours. Then the light will be turned off permanently. The idea is to stress the plant out as much as possible to get that resin oozing out. I feel like i'm a little behind schedule. I'm not going to get the new crop in to veg on Dec 1 unfortunately. I like to start things on Mondays if possible and at the start of the month if possible. Monday starts are more important to maintain where you are, at least for me it helps. I dropped the light time to 10 hours to make the plant think it's fall. Just trying to do my best with this crop. I'm still annoyed by the tap water ppm and my burning the plants. Next grow i'll be really mindful of my ppm. NOVEMBER 28, 2023 Light is now on 24/0 for the next 3 days. Then lights will be shut off and Saturday the harvest begins. This method is to stress the plants in an attempt to make them secrete more resin as a response. DECEMBER 1, 2023 Today is Friday. This evening i will shut the light off before i go to bed and that will be a permanent shut down. 3 days of 24 hr light then darkness should stress em out really good. I'll take a flash pic 1 last time Saturday morning and then gonna get started. Fuckin hate trimming!!

Harvest went as usual. Each plant was hand trimmed and took approx 2.5 hours each. Every bud was a pleasure to trim. Everything was frosty and chunky. Thats why i love this strain because nothing really goes to waste. My house reaks pretty bad right now. Buds are drying in 1 of my bathrooms. Unfortunately i don't have the ability to drop the bathroom temps to 60F. The bathroom's average temp is about 74F so i am trying to offset that by increasing the humidity in the drying area to 65% I have a small non oscillating clip fan in there blowing air indirectly just for air movement in the space, and a humidifier to maintain a consistent 65% humidity. Usually I have access to a cool basement where i can dry properly, but this time I'm in a 2nd floor apt so I'm doing my best with what I have to work with. Harvested buds were wet trimmed and dried on a mesh rack. Dried in darkness with a 65 to 70% humidity and between 24c and 25c. Humidity was increased to the numbers mentioned to try to counter the elevated temps. No molds, no nuthing. Dried nicely. Now the harvest will be left in the grove bag for 1 month to cure. The ice cream bucket is exactly 100 grams. The damn scale kept shutting off and wouldn't hold my tare. So any number over 100, just minus 100 g and thats the bud weight.
