Hey whats up guys? Here we are for special grow. This time my lazy ass chose to grow autos...just because... it's simpler and quicker and the sponsors sent a pretty special one.
I don't know about where you live, but where I'm at, for some reason I'll find out in approximately 70 days, everyone is talking about Exotic seed's Strawberry Cola.
Give a follow if you want to check how this one is going to turn out.
The germination was made in a glass of water as almost always for me. 100% success rate, 1 seed 1 sprout. As you can see in the photos I've germinated one of each I'm showing (Sugar Larry, Artic Flurry and Honey Mintz ) that are going to feature the firts and new diaries of a growmie of mine. I can tell you that with the exception of the Honey Mintz that are poping out and not developing from the seed, every other one had a 100% success rate. 1 seed 1 plant growing.

Here we are for the first week of life of this newborn.
Rootzone and first leaves are developing great. Now that the summer ended, it's easier to manage temperatures and its not needed to say that 25° C is pretty good. The humidity could be higher though.
When the roots reach the reservoir I'll add nutes. Just 0.2 EC above tap provably.
I was hopping i could start this grow with access to RO Water, but my filter is too slow and i forfeited that idea.
By the way i dont think I'm using anything other than Root Riot for now on. Looked muched better and easier to mantain moist than the rockwool cubes.

I'm not very experienced in Auto flowers, but what i can observe is how fast they are developing. The root zone i think is the slower part growing.
I've started LST training a couple of days ago and they bent great, almost horizontal.
For some reason i just feed them once with 0.15 ec increase. Probably more than a week ago and they still don't need more so for an unexperienced grower Autos can be missleading. Don't overfeed .
The short veg cycle works best with less stress, so i dont think that will be toppings for these, just lst, a couple of defoliation and a lollipoping at the right time.

Good News, flower just began early this week.
The plant looks great, but I changed some parameters. I added my bloom mix to the veg juice in a 40/60 ratio for the beginning of the 2nd week of flowering starting today.
Took the Ec to 0.30 /0.35, wich is nothing for photoperiods at least but its working great with Autos. PH is between 5.8 and 6.0 for 95% of the time, except some sporadic drop.
Light is about 35 cm for the canopy at roughly 60% to 65% power. Emitting around 600 to 650 ppfd. But what's helping a lot right now with the general health and root health os the fact that temperatures where I'm based recently droped to normal 20 /25 °C almost eliminating with white shark any traces of root damage in place before.
We hope greatness for these ones.

Good grows
Hey guys. Here we are for another week of flowering.
Plants look great, absorbing every ms/cm of food I provide in a couple of days.
With the water level at proper height,like 2 cm below the net pot, ph don't tend to change much (5.8/6.0).
They had a biiig stretch in these last 2 weeks but are still at a manageable height.
Smells are starting to show. Very fruity but also very pungent.

Crazyyy smells all-over the grow room. I almost wish i didn't start to use a carbon filter.
The plant is very healthy and vigourous with leaves always pointing up. I started to increase the Ec up to 1.3 because it was hungry. Eating every nutes in ine day.
It has a great bud strutcture, resinous dense golf ball buds with long white pistils. Smelling great !!
Sticky sticky and smelly smelly, can't say much more.
Buds are densing up quite nicely and theres a lot o resin production. I always find the strain names quite dumb, but this actually has hints of coke in it's smell. Very sweet and fresh.
I raised the EC to 0.95 considering my water was on 0.25, so plus 0.7 of nutrients and the light is at 100%, putting roughly 750 ppf average.

This is it...I'm guessing one more week and we're ready to cut. I'm very very happy with this strain. The development was always 👌 on point, veg and flower and has a amazing root ball. I'm positive the great white had an enormous contribution to it. If the water temps are very hot (> 22/23ºC) its better to run H2O2 steril system, but with regular water temps ( <21) the mycorrhiza and Bacilus are a major health contribute to the root zone and overall plant health.
It keeps eating and drinking good, but with this week comes the flush.
The colas ate staked of flowers, very dense, resinous and pungent smells. Definitely a strain to grow again in the future.

It has a steady growth, kinda short and bushy like a lot of plants with strong indica traits
Very dense buds, big ones, fat and resinous. With a LOT of productions all-over the plant. So much thricome production it sparkles white.
Cuted it yesterday (17/12/2023) altough in my opinion it could have maturee for 1 more week.
Altough because of the huge problem I had to do it now This grow tent (specially the other plant growing side by side) had a mold issue, bud rot spreading fast. I must have lost about 5
65 grams of wet flower total on the Fat Banana.
When I cuted it 🍓 Strawberry Cola weighted 859 grams without the root ball. it has a lot of defoliation done alredy but I'll trim it 100% when dry.
