Runoffs were high again on average with most of them north of 4.0 EC. Mixed up the Silica/Calmag feeding early to sort of flush them again.

Nov 21 (2-4L)
Mix: 24ml Silica, 24ml CaMg, 16ml B52, 20ml PB Tea : 4 gallons water = 1.4 EC/5.8 pH
โข OGS swapped pH reader
โข Runoffs over 3.5 EC

Mix: 24ml CaMg, 18ml A, 18ml B, 16ml B52, 20ml PB Tea : 5 gallons water = 1.9 EC/5.8 pH
There's 6 days left until the flip to bloom. Today I did a pretty heavy defoliation and tied the branches down again. I'm stepping the nutrients back a bit while they recover.

End of the week checkup. I was starting to see evidence of nute burn on a few leaf tips. Checked the runoffs and they were over 3. Dumped a few gallons into them this morning and I like the values a lot better now. Next fertigation will be tonight @ 1.8 EC (mostly CaMg to satisfy the cations).

No watering today. Also spotted and killed two fungus gnats. It's been at least a week since I've seen anything, so that's frustrating. I'm finding them upstairs around the houseplants so I'm blaming the wife for her bad watering practices. I'll have to grab some sticky traps, put out a bowl of vinegar and dish soap, drop the mosquito dunks into all my pails, mix up some h202...really wish these things would die already.

If anyone's wondering why this week is 9 days long, it's because that's when day 60 hits. The final day of VEG. Didn't want to make a full week post on a 3 day week.
So the biggest yields I've had from these 10th Planets were off a 60 day veg (245 gr). The last time I grew Banana Daddy, the plants were probably half this size when I flipped to bloom. When I grew King's Tart last winter I didn't do mainlines either. I'm a bit all over the place, but there's zero harm in a longer veg period. If anything, they'll be stronger and more capable of supporting big buds.
We're flipping to 12/12 on Wednesday night. This time no MH bulbs. HPS from day 1. I should still have room for the appropriate lamp to canopy distance if the plants double up. All defoliating and pruning was done over 5 days ago now.
On Day 60 I'll tie all the branches down to spread them out as wide as possible and to level the canopy. I'll allow them to stretch until the end of week one, then tie down again. After that I'll just let them go (unless I run into height issues). I might skip the day 21 defoliation this time in favor of a completely stress free bloom period. It should also help keep the humidity up, which I'm sure I'll be battling all winter.

You planted awesome genetics for real!!
GHSC and Ethos are the bests seedbanks

@gottagrowsometime, Thank you man. I had a great pheno out of 3 KTs last round...sadly didn't take any cuts. I don't think I got it this time because the keeper grew taller than these. Been running Ethos mostly for the last few grows and they've been impressive. Highly recommend
See the game last night, kicked some Boston butt all over the ice๐. Good goal tending and some hungry players, go # 13, GO JETS GO!!!! Going all the way this year!!!! UNSTOPPABLE!!
Plants look great ๐, should have some good herb in a few weeks. Finally got two coats of paint in the basement, suspended ceiling goes up next, then flooring and I'll be able to set-up my tent. Had to make a trip to the pot store, first time in a long time that I had to buy some herb, it's not the same, not even close ๐... GOTTA GROW!!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.
@Louder, Variety is the spice of life they say, so we'll mix it up a bit and see what happens, Lambs breath and Orange cake for sure, we'll see about the others when the time comes. Can't Wait!!
@Louder, Wheeler must be wondering WTF happened to this team๐ต, someone lit their JETS!! Let's hope they can keep it up..
Ordered a bunch of auto's from the Crop King, started my first grow with the King so I thought I'd try agin, plus they had a two for one sale so I loaded up. I have some Lamb's Breath, close to being my favourite and some new strains, Acapulco Gold, Hippie Crippler, Orange cake and I got a freebie package of 5 seeds, Kryptonite auto from Rocket seeds. There all sativa dominant strains except the Orange cake which is an Indica dominant strain that's supposed to grow big, sugar coated buds with a very citrus flavour and smell, so we'll see. I should be posting soon, just have to figure out which ones I grow first, TOUGH CHOICE๐, Lamb's Breath for sure!!
Smok'em if you got'em!!
@FrontRowAG_BrianG, should be a sight to see come January. Predicting a ton of purple. I've got pics of all of them in past diaries if you literally can't wait ๐
@RoidBlaze, I know it looks alarming, and that could be part of it, but the other 5/6 plants are thriving. It's just the one King's Tart and they all get the same treatment.
She's the closest to the fresh air intake (which is cold) and the oscillating fan so maybe it's that.
I'm going to flush anyway but I've had runoffs that error out the meter before with no hermies.
