Day 8 - Messing around and trying different stuff, stopped watering yesterday. I forgot to journal details, take photos, etc... doing a lot of research on VPD with relative temps vs. humidity.
Day 9 - No water today as well, I plan on waiting till she's almost completely dry before I give'er any more water. Still trying to figure things out, based on observing the changes I make and adjusting accordingly.
Day 10 - Gave her a light spritzing, just on the topsoil but not saturated. I also moved the lights down, 20.5 inches from her top leaves. Keeping the light at the same intensity as before at 75% brightness - it's been a struggle to keep the environment stable (25C // 70% RH // 0.86-1.00 VPD) since the change. I can get the environment there but, I'm having to watch it and constantly tweak it instead of allowing the automation to control everything... completely defeats the purpose of the grow gear I got and is really frustrating.
Day 11 - I saw that her leaves were touching the eddges of the cup so I thought it'd be a great idea to transplant her into a 1/2 gallon fabric pot... I think I might have killed her! Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong and I ended up manhandling her. I flipped the cup upside down with the soil way too dry and it fell apart as soon as it broke away from the cup. I bent her stem, her roots were all exposed and I thought I might have broken her main root. I felt so bad! I was in despair, desperate to salvage the botched transplent, I used hella mycorrhizae in the soil and mixed in the water (~5.8) PH'd water and watered her until she was completely saturated and there was a ton a runoff. I am hoping she'll pull through this!
Day 12 - I was totally prepared to see her in a bad place possibly dead even. To my surprise, her leaves weren't dropping like they were right after I transplanted her. She looked like she might be okay. I'm kinda relieved but a little worried about her at the same time. Her leaves do have some spotting and a tad bit like she's been over watered but they aren't drooping which felt promising. I guess all I can do now is wait and watch her for any further signs of shock.
Day 13 - Not much changed, she's still the same height but she looks like she might have sprouted a couple of new baby leaves. Overall happy with her progress
Day 14 - Her leaves look like she's been overwatered a little so I fought the temptation to water. I plan on feeding her some neuts once she's dry. She's coming along nicely though, she wants to live! I did elevate her little but I also adjusted the lights. She's no longer sharing, she's directly 18.5 - 19 inches under her own VIVOSUN AeroLight A100SE now.
