Temperatures have dropped a lot! And also the humidity of the air! And I notice a slower development! Some hairs are already orange so I started to give the final part of the aquatic land!
Slow development and delayed flowering, leaves with strange shapes and now these brown spots have appeared! From the beginning I think it's some lack of calcium or magnesium! PH is 6.4! Need help!? Strain jealousyauto
I had a look at your diary. I also had a look at your nutrient you are using. All the elements are there including calcium and magnesium. It looks like an organic fertilizer derived from bone meal and other natural sources. It says it's readily available to the plant and is also slow release. Personally i wouldn't use that kind of fertilizer without Mycorrhizal fungi and beneficial bacteria along side. Weed is very demanding for nutrients and consumes a lot. And nothing says it uses nutrients evenly. Some elements deplete faster than others.
I don't know the back story of that nutrient and what it's marketed to be used for but it's not likely formulated to be used to grow weed.
If it's only displaying near the top of your plant and the bottom is ok then you know it's a immobile nutrient thats the issue. That at least narrows it down.
In the future i wouldn't use that nutrient. I would grab yourself some nutrients that are marketed towards growing weed.
Reduce your pH to 6.2. Calcium is best absorbed at that pH. If you wanna stay organic then grind up some egg shells in a food processor or just pulverize some into powder and sprinkle it on your soil and water it in.
Hi, friend! Were you able to correct these errors in the leaves? the thing is that my gelato has the same problem...it seems it started after some watering with these fertilizers, I also use them. I spilled water on the mail several times - it seemed to get better, but the problem did not go away. Give me some advice, how are you coping?
@qoodwater,unfortunately this is no longer possible, I use a 7 liter pot, perhaps there is poor drainage - that is, I am not sure that enough air is getting to the root. The problem is that my gelato has about 3-4 weeks left, there is no point in transplanting it. However, I bought magnesium and potassium and will try adding them.
@DobermanTower, hello, my problem was rootbound! Change plant for a bigger pot as soon as possible and take the afected leaves! My plant is allready flowering and happy!
