Being sensitive to THC, I was looking for a strain with a more balanced CBD/THC ratio of 1-1 and moderate concentration levels. CBD Auto Compassion Lime provided a different experience than I anticipated. Instead of the overwhelming thought storms that I usually experience with THC-based strains, it led to a more introspective psychoactive effect. This was easier to manage, allowing me time to process my thoughts, though it was still somewhat challenging for me. Based on this experience, I plan to explore strains with even lower THC content (<0.x%) for my next grow. This strain should definitely be suitable for those who are looking for a balanced experience.

Reviews. Nutrient
Starting my first coco grow, I quickly learned how crucial managing pH and EC is. I initially used the Aptus Extreme nutrient schedule, but as a beginner not yet familiar with these products, it might not have been the ideal choice. This led to a bit of nutrient burn and confusion on my part. Things significantly improved when I shifted closer to the Pro nutrition schedule. From this experience, I learned it's helpful to begin with a simpler nutrient plan and gradually work up to more complex schedules like Aptus Extreme.
Impressive nitrogen booster for the vegetative stage. Watch out for the lush green foliage after application!
While I'm not entirely certain about the necessity of a wetting agent in Coco, I found B.A.C. Yuccah to be quite helpful. My plants were relatively large and bushy (about 45 cm) in their somewhat small containers (8L), and even with watering the coco to achieve a good 20% runoff twice daily, the medium sometimes tended to dry out more than it should. Using Yuccah seemed to assist in maintaining the medium's moisture level more effectively, which is crucial for coco-based growing
Typically, I don't practice flushing since I usually grow in living soil, and even with Coco, I'm not entirely convinced that flushing is necessary with Aptus Nutrition. However, I do appreciate seeing the leaves naturally fade off towards the end of the growth cycle, a process known as senescence. Using Terra Aquatica FlashClean seemed to effectively facilitate this.
Reviews. Lamp
I was inclined to give Lumatek a 5-star rating, but I found that this LED light isn't as user-friendly as some others, particularly regarding straightforward dimming and distance guidelines for different stages of the plant cycle. Consequently, I purchased a PPFD meter on Amazon to better guide my usage. While the meter was somewhat helpful, I experimented with the 900-1000 PPFD limit, which led to discoloration in the main bud closest to the light source. This light is undoubtedly efficient and powerful, but the learning curve is not as straightforward as I had hoped. I believe this complexity might be normal for more 'professional' panels.

My growing session with CBD Auto Compassion Lime was driven by my quest to find a strain with a more balanced THC/CBD ratio due to my sensitivity to higher THC levels. This experience confirmed my need to avoid THC-dominant strains. Despite this, I still find growing cannabis to be a rewarding hobby. Seeing the plants flourish under my care is both fulfilling and a mindful practice. Regarding my experience on GrowDiaries, I've found the platform to be abundant in resources and brimming with interesting information. The community is welcoming and always ready to share knowledge. I appreciated the opportunity to share my grows and learn from others here.

@Cronos, That could be environmentally influenced (light/radiation/temperature) but it isn't uncommon that it happens. Keep her green mate, she looks nice😎

@DutchPassion_Official, I've observed cool looking oval-shaped leaves on my ladies. Is this common for this strain🌱? 👽

I think I might be a bit like you, I blend my weed strains so about 50% of the mix is always a strong CBD-only strain, I don't mind being whacked off my head occasionally but normally I simply enjoy the relax it gives me and I want to be able to get on with things and not be too effected. *It also completely wipes away any Nerve pain that I would have otherwise* I've recently been trying a THCV strain and that is quite different, very bright, very clean, active and creative, with a hint of OCD which actually helps doing boring repetitive tasks. I also blend about CBD strains in with this or do a nice blend of 50% CBD strain with 25% THC and 25% THCV for a very balanced effect.

@eurorack, I see what you mean. It makes sense. I have some nerve problems too. In the past, I took microdoses of decarbed THC strain in capsules (0.05g), and it was great: physical relaxation + concentration. I also tried making an oil in a 1-1 THC/CBDV ratio, and oddly enough, it was very light. I'm currently growing a CBD strain (<0.x% THC) and plan to mix it with other strains for vaping. Curious about THCV too :)

Great looking grow. Well done. I too enjoy some cbd strains, especially the 1:1 ratio plants. Anyways, I am curious about your hand held vaporizer. How do you like it? What is it called? I use a desktop vaporizer (arizer extreme) and love it. However, I haven't found a decent hand-held vape for flower.

@Dabking, hey! Thank you. That strain is actually too strong for me. Growing a strain with less than 1% THC right now. As of the vaporizer it's Arizer Solo 2 enough to send me far from myu reality haha.

@Sejanus21, this strain is very cool to grow, just some issues with Anna - her main cola developed bud rot, so I had to 'decapitate' her to save the crew ^^

Also I can’t handle the THC in most skunk so after reading your review I’m considering diluting my smoke with some pure CBD so that I don’t freak myself out with a bad trip aha, have u smoked anymore? Do u still think it’s a tad too overwhelming with the THC content?

Did you lollipop your plant? How comes there’s such fat growth on the main colas? Mines medium on the main colas but plenty of little buds along all the stems and plenty of small sized colas also. Would appreciate any advice
