For me, the situation has stabilized for now, I had some issues with the equipment and I underestimated some dangers, for example, the caterpillar worms managed to get inside the box and they devoured half of the leaves of the two main plants that just sprouted after the cotyledons, so you can imagine the slowdown that the fragile little seedlings experienced in terms of growth and overall development.. now they are slowly recovering, and I hope to resolve the situation by adding an extra week of vegetative growth, a solution that would have been impossible if it were a "normal" autoflowering.. Wastent91 Hey guys, how's it going? Hope everything's good. As you can see, the girl is growing well, even though she's the smallest in the group. In fact, she hasn't been topped like her sisters yet, but she's also set to be topped to multiply the buds evenly and cut down the height, which is my biggest fear—risking having to bend the plant because it reaches heights that are too close to the lamp, which could burn the buds. And since we care about our girls, we don't want to risk them getting burned. I'd rather limit the size of the buds but have them all roughly the same and at a reasonable distance from the lamp for good lighting across the whole plant. In fact, I'll be removing all the lower branches to try not to increase the lateral width too much. Let's see how it goes. For now, it's clear that the nutrients are of good quality because the plant is turgid, thick, and lush. I expect the plant to start exploding with internodes any moment now! Wastent91 Here we are at the last week of vegetative growth, the girl is doing well, even though she is the smallest, she seems to be keeping up with her other sisters. Maybe it's just the genetics being particularly small and bushy, we'll see. For now, I'm going easy on the nutrients, and I've only administered the CO2 tablets for a week because I didn't want them to explode with vigor in the vegetative stage to avoid having huge beasts. With the subsequent increase in CO2, the metabolism also increases, and I have to fertilize double to avoid deficiencies that can lead to leaf neurosis in just a few days. If you're not careful and use CO2 without the right tools for this kind of task, it's all about not overdoing it and frequently checking the plants. If you notice a slight deficiency, for example, administer some extra magnesium/potassium, which is the biggest deficiency I've noticed when administering too much CO2 and having temperatures that are too high. The girl seems to be doing quite well, even though it's clear that she is the smallest and slowest in the group, maybe a phenotype that grows bushy, or it's just the characteristic of this strain to have a lot of close branches and a squat bushy appearance. Wastent91 Hey guys, everything good? I hope so... Everything is going according to plan for me, except for the height, which this time is reaching crazy levels, with some plants over 90 cm! On the other hand, this one from RQS has produced a shorter and bushier phenotype compared to the others, with very close tops. In fact, I had to do quite a bit of defoliation because there are too many close leaves that raise the humidity levels too much. I’ll probably need another dehumidifier. Other than that, the girls seem to be in great shape! I hope they produce a nice amount of dense buds overflowing with resin!! Everything here is going according to our plans, unfortunately, this girl has remained much smaller than the others, in fact, I had to raise her up, maybe it's the Biscotti genetics that are just like this, or is it the phenotype's fault? Would another seed have given a different result? We can't know that since we only have one plant for now, but we can definitely say that she's in great health and is developing really well, with lots of little buds and a multitude of flowers and abundant resin covering the main buds. I took care to defoliate quite decisively because having so many closely spaced plants creates such a leaf density that it covers almost all the buds below a certain height. We'll see if maybe as she develops, the lower ones catch up too, but I think she's not going to stretch beyond the height she's reached now!.. We'll see how it progresses! As you can see, she's developing nicely, despite the very close branching and feeling nice and voluminous with lots of flowers maturing beautifully! I've given her a little less fertilizer compared to her sisters, but she seems to be responding well, as she has a nice deep green color even though it's leaning towards dark, maybe a bit too much nitrogen? Other than that, there don't seem to be any obvious deficiencies... All thanks to Mars Hydro for providing me with their equipment and enabling me to grow any strain on planet Earth, in my humble home, as all cannabis smokers should do in my opinion!
