Fastbuds tester 2024

Gardengobblin I'm a bit late, but here I am with a tent full of FastBuds testers 🤟. Really happy to still have the privilege of trying out strains that aren't on the market yet. 5 testers 2401, 02, 03, 04, and 05. Really can't wait to see if the plants lean more towards indica or sativa. They germinated directly in soil, and within 48 hours, they were all out of the ground. Currently, they are 8 days old, so I'm counting the first week for root development. We're in the first week of vegetation.

Gardengobblin Everything is going well except for one of the 5 testers. It's a bit softer. It looks like a plant that might have been overwatered, but that's not the case. The other 4, on the other hand, are superb. They have nice development and it seems promising.

Gardengobblin Beginning of the third week to test them. Everything is going well, they have had very nice development during this week. The 2402 still has a low appearance, doing some tests to see if it prefers higher or lower pH, but no changes. As for the others, they are doing wonderfully. 2401 and 2402 seem to have more sativa dominance with their thinner and serrated leaves, while the 2405 has very wide leaves with indica dominance, and the other 2 are quite hybrid.

Gardengobblin The 2402 isn't in great shape, but I can't find the problem. I tried at 6.4 and 5.8 for soil pH, but it didn't get any better. Otherwise, there's also the 2401, which is in great shape but is slow to grow. The other 3 are really vigorous. Every day they show big changes. The 2405 even showed signs of early flowering this morning, so it's probably the start of the stretch for her.

Gardengobblin Last week of stretch before flowering. The 2405 and 2403 seem to be starting to flower more than the other 3. The 2402 is doing well but could be better :) the 2401 is less bushy than her sisters but she is healthy. All of this still seems to be very good genetics, can't wait for the smells to appear to see what kind of testers FastBuds has released for 2024. So during the week, the grow will be replaced by the bloom and we'll see what happens next. 😁 I love the surprise of the testers!

Gardengobblin My girl got a promotion and she's back in the 4x4. She feels amazing. The 2402 feels much better under this light. Great development of the flowers in the first real week of flowering.

Gardengobblin Wow. Great development again. I thought the stretch was over, but 01, 04, and 05 decided to grow more during the week. They are between 23 and 30 inches tall. The flowers are getting bigger day by day, and it should produce some nice big flower tops. 03 is definitely going to have the same color as the Blackberrie that I already grew. It already has the color of dried fruit. Can't wait for what's next!

Gardengobblin The testers 2024 are doing quite well. I suspect the 2401 is a CBD tester. With its jagged leaves, it really gives me that vibe. It's doing wonderfully but is on the edge of overdose. The 2402 is finally in great shape. Very sativa traits in its case. It loves its high pH. 6.4 pH. The 2403 is almost brown in color, so much so that its pigmentation is dark purple. It definitely has some blackberry in its DNA 😁 or something close to it. Its buds are already huge and very frosty. 2404 has a potassium deficiency in my opinion. It's almost "locked up"; I gave it a flush yesterday and it's doing better this morning. It's back to praying. 2405 is huge. It will be loaded with big, very sticky colas in my opinion. Can't wait to see how all this turns out.

Gardengobblin The FBT2402 is late, it's still in the "core and Bloom" phase of Athena. The others have all reached 2 weeks of "fade and bloom" before going to just a few days of water and "cleanes" from Athena. Super nice session, I might renew Athena and add some of their other products. As for testing FastBuds, it will be another big FastBuds session. Never disappointed. 3 out of 5 (01, 03, 04) really smell like lemon 😘👌

Gardengobblin She's almost ready 😁 It's just a matter of a day before cutting the 2403 and 2405. They have 2 weeks of fade and only 5 days of just water. One shows more senescence than the other, but it has still changed color a lot, just not in the same shades. The 2404 just finished its 2 weeks of fade, so it's moving on to its flush for 3 to 5 days as recommended by Athena. The 2401, which I suspect is a CBD plant, is almost done with its fade session. And the 2402, which gave me a bit of a girl, went back to its first weeks and has finally started to flower later than the other 4 and has just begun its 2-week fade session. It has 3 days done. So we're sharpening our patience for a few more days or maybe weeks.

Gardengobblin Dried since last Wednesday. Nice compact flower and good size. Very strong smell of orange peels.

Gardengobblin Went to drying this morning. It didn't develop as I would have liked, but it's 10% amber, so it's drying now.
