LittleSprout A great start to the grow. Fast germination in a wet paper towel with chlorine free water and a little h2o2. The AC Infinity Pro 69 Controller has been setup with a tweaked "seedling" program to provide 18/6 light and close to 80% humidity. Getting colder now, so I am running the light program overnight (* off for a few hours in the day) to help keep the tent temperature up. Averaging about 73 (f) degrees . LS3 has a nice waypoint in a small seedling cup.
LittleSprout 11 Days in and she is looking good and close to the soil - no stretching. Using "Photone" with paper difuser for light readings. Now running on Level 7 of S22 (22 inches above) - 360 PPFD

LittleSprout LS3 showed a growth spurt with a little wind from an AC Infinity 6" Oscillating fan (* also lazy susan-ing the pot) ... now 12" high. Watching the PPFD and now at 680 ... adjusting light height accordingly. Nute pH accurate at 6.5
Yes train!!! But only LST!!! Bend the branches in the right shape. You want the buds to grow on the same height and with enough space in between them for good airflow.
If it's your first crop, I'd advise you not to do any training (just as I wouldn't have advised you to choose an autoflo variety if you'd asked).
I think it's important to know how the plant itself develops before considering any kind of torture to maximise yield. ^^
