you can still get very good yields from plants that don't produce HUGE colas. It will thikcen up.. give it time.
Might want to wire some of that plant together or otherwise support it.. in a few weeks it may not support the weight.
You can feed them the same as any other cannabis plant, it will depend on your lighting and how fast it is growing.
From the photo you uploaded it looks to be healthy and doing fine. I don't see any issues, you must be feeding it adequately as its a healthy looking plant.
