1st ever grow attempt (well, technically 2nd- 1st seed was a dud and never sprouted). Diesel Auto 12/8 - Soaked seed overnight 12/9 - Paper towel for approx. 36 hours until taproot showed (already better success than the first run!) 12/10 - Transferred to solo cup (w/ drainage holes) using Happy Frog soil with added perlite. Added humidity dome and placed under a table lamp w/ 60w incandescent bulb for warmth. 12/11 - We have a sprout! 12/12 - Removed humidity dome and moved into tent. Conditions are not the best in my cold and dry basement (60F & 25% RH without light or humidifier running). With light and humidifier on, tent is sitting around 68F & 62% RH (0.88 VPD). I've tried bringing the temp up with a small space heater but it kills the humidity and becomes a rapid-spiking temp/RH battle. I've decided to let it ride in the cooler-than-ideal but stable conditions. 12/15 - Tweaked some things over the past couple days and have the temp averaging around 72F and 62% RH (1.0 VPD). She was a bit leggy from her first days under an incandescent bulb so I added just a little more soil/perlite to the solo cup to ensure she stays upright.

Grow Questions

2 weeks old, just transplanted to 5 gallon pot. Looks a bit droopy which I suspect is overwatering. My question though is she seems short. Leaves are growing more every day but not gaining in height. Is this normal? Too much light? 24/0, PPFD 250 (if I measured correctly).

Could be transplant shock, and a bit of overwatering. Give it a bit more time n don’t water it. Your lighting schedule at 24/0 is also problematic, all things need rest including plants. I would switch that down to 18/6 asap and allow it some down time. Look up your lights suggested hang height and compare it to what your giving and its dim setting, essentially you want to provide around 35-40 DLI per day, little less is also ok but little more is not. You can get a ruff estimate of your DLI using your lights manufactures PPFD maps of the lights model. Give it a bit of a google, ppfd to dli Good Luck!

Started developing yellow/brown spots last week. Watering approx 2L every 3 days. Soil is HF/OF/perlite mix. Gave first feeding of FF Trio at 1/3 strength 2 days ago but she's continuing to look worse. More spots, lack of color and droopy leaves.

"Help me, help me" that's what your roots are telling you. Your roots have no o2 and having difficulties taking up nutrients. Lower your feeds with water. Let her dry out. You've many issues. Let's fix this and then you can give a light foliar spray. Try not wet the bud sites. A low Epsom salt foliar spray 150ppm added to your tap. Spray before lights out. I use Vita Race. And man. I've so many plants and all have great leafs. Iron, mag , sulphur are key your plant needs an injection soon. And then when she's drier. Use a low NPK feed. Depending what you're using. Use 1/3 1/2 of what the brand says.

Week 8 of flower (haven't been best at keeping up with diary). Poor girl is deteriorating rapidly but I don't know why. Too late to fix, but too early for ideal harvest. Should I just let her ride or chop early and try to salvage what I can?

Looks like its getting close to the end of its life. maybe 0-2 weeks left Could harvest now or wait a bit, your call. The yellowing is almost like it wants more N but I feel this is natural fade as some parts a bit curled indacting burn from nutrients. I would not have the fan that close to the plant, or point it at the wall to diffuse the wind. gentle breeze, to much and it can stress it.
