Finally time to flip to flower!
They went from 6am-12am daylight to 11am-11pm. I didn't like them waking up before me! Now I can be ready for watering right at "sunrise".
I made the newbie mistake of only changing my light timer... a day or two later I realized I needed to change the fan and heater timers as well. Fan still exhausting every 30 min of every hour. The new circulation fan is amazing, air is moving really well through the tent.
I catch myself staring into the tent at the leaves dancing in the breeze, it's hypnotic.
Tea to start the week:
2 gallons water
1 cup earthworm castings
2 tbsp/gal molasses
2 tbsp uprising bloom
6 ml/gal micro
6 ml/gal calmag
PH to 6.5 and watered in about .5gal/plant. Near zero runoff, mostly just what escapes through the sides of the pots.
Plants are looking healthier than ever, loving the new light. Every day they are praying up, looking lush and full. The tent is pretty much wall to wall now.
One of the clone attempts died, I have 2 more Orangecello and 1 permanent Marker sitting in water trying to root
As the week is coming to an end, the plants have definitely kicked into flower. The first traces of pistils coming through, and the plants have all started to stretch. Can't wait to see how big they get!
Is it OK to use my old compost tea? Can it be used as a foliar spray? If yes, can this be done during the daytime cycle?
My tea started brewing on 1/5 and it's only 4 days later. The tea doesn't smell horrible and is only 400ppm. It feels like a waste to dump it.
How will I know when it's time to transplant? Some roots showing at the bottom of the cups, but plants still seem too small with only around 6 baby leaves. Sprouted 12/28 but some early stunted growth, we are early week 3 but maybe lagging behind "normal" growth.
Nice looking plants very healthy! I love chocolate mint og π its such a unique flavor and the buzz is very strong almost narcotic nice choice brotha
Looks Dope!
Love that permanent marker you got goin. I'm sure they still have some filling in to do yet!
Not bad for a Noob. Not bad!
I'm sure someone will give you a well deserved pat on the back when you choke on that smoke π!
Your gameplan seems solid. Don't forget timing is everything β¨οΈ. Good luck and if I don't make it back, enjoy!
@@CRANKSTER_420, thanks dude, she's a looker π turning purple and so frosty. I think I got 2 full weeks left and hoping they fill out just a bit more.
Its not running out, its you reducing amounts to healthy from previous overdose. Add epsom salt to feeds or other way increase magnesium a bit. Have fun !
@jmsky, i am growing actively for 8 years, with a lot of plants, but in my recent run i had two anomalies first time. One plant was showing magnesium issues till almost mid of flower, most probably pickiest strain ever . Other was diagnosed by me wrong, first time bumbed into calcium toxicity, symptoms very similar to deficiency and i screw up heavily. Main thing - never panic. Rethink many times and then do actions.
Happy Growing !!!
@AsNoriu, thanks for the tips! I am still learning and often read confusing or conflicting things, especially about nutrients and reading leaves. I appreciate your experienced guidance! π
@jmsky, i dont know, maybe medium was too hot, but that patern of discoloration from dark green to patchy bright is aftermath of overfeeding. I saw signs of magnesium too, thats why i wrote. Plants responds good - carry on . Sometimes they need time to establish, main thing are they developing and growing healthy - if yes, ignore my remarks.
Good luck !
HSC Seeds sind immer in der gleichen Packung. Ich denke das sind keine Bl. Muffin voc HSC gewesen. Seeds die nicht original verpackt sind sind auch nicht von HSC
