Blue Gelato 41: Growing a MILF

Happy New Year! Happy New Grow! 🎆🎇🎉🎇🎆 What better way to start a new year than to start a new grow? This time, I'm growing a MILF! (Mom, I Like to Flower) The goal is to take clones from her and use those in my other tent to test soil recipes. So this is really the first step in a two-step grow. I do not plan on keeping her, so I will flip her into flower once the clones are rooted. This round I'm growing: Blue Gelato 41 from Barney's Farm Genetics: Blueberry x Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies x Sunset Sherbert Sativa: 40% Indica: 60% Flowering Time (days): 63 - 70 Indoor Height (cm): 150cm Indoor Yield (g): up to 600-700 gr/m² Taste: Sweet, Earthy, Citrus Aroma: Fresh, Fruity Effect: Clear headed, Energetic I'll have to watch the height so I don't run out of space in the tent, but I'm planning on scrogging, and hoping to tame them that way. I started like I always do by soaking the seed overnight in a kelp/mycorrhiza solution and then rolling the seed in more kelp/myco powder before planting in a Root Riot plug. I placed the plug on a heat mat and under a humidity dome. 48 hours later, we have germination. Her taproot is already visible at the bottom of the plug so I will transplant her into a small pot in a day or so.
