So the girls are 4.5 weeks old there abouts. Happy with 4 of them (ish) seem to be transitioning to flower now so hopefully they get a nice stretch as there really short making me panic a little. Can see purple straight away.
My 2 600w LED lights arrive tomorrow too!! It’s just too high temp with 2 HPS so hopefully I can get away with my 600w HPS in middle and these 2 LED by side of it, just hope temps stay acceptable. Update will follow
I have just topped a few today and one was really slow and just wasn’t going to be worth the wait so I took it out and I’ve popped a dinafem white widow to take over. Hopefully copping some seed junky genetics seeds in the coming days!!
@Short_N_stockY Thanks mate. My temps are a bit high, edging to the thirties so guna try section my room at exhaust side and bring a fresh air intake from the constant supply of fresh air I have in my spot through a vented window. Just need to stealth it best I can. If this fails I’m forking ou for some LEDs on weekend
@Dunk_Junk, I hope they do I gave a mix of perlite to the coco aswell to give em frequent feeds when they are settled and uptake has increased. I’ve got a 600HPS over them at the minute. I plan on adding another around week 2. Thanks for your comment man!!
nice pot size though ! LSD25 is quite apex dominant just to keep that in mind if it doesnt take to training as well as it should and you're beating yourself up
that layer of perlite on top of the soil, is it effective in keeping pests out of the soil?
I'm waiting on the same seeds and hope to start my first grow ever next week. Gonna keep it real simple with kind soil and coco loco, didn't wanna do any nutes or stuff like that just water.
I'll be following your progress.
@jourelemode, I just started a no nutes grow journal on lsd 25 now in my 5th week and they are starting to look amazing, pics dont do them justice .. good luck and happy growing..
Fantastic looking color UKLEEDS nice work! 😎
How was the genetic consistency for these LSD-25? (Iv been looking at the diaries for it and they seem to vary)
I’m in coco personally pal, hopefully someone will correct me if I’m wrong but I presume if you use a layer of perlite maybe in your case 1-2inches it would drastically reduce pests as the perlite doesn’t hold moisture so they wouldn’t thrive on the surface. In my case with coco it’s was just to help secure my little ones when they didn’t have the foundation to withstand the water. With that medium you should be sound mate, I’ve just fed mine till about 20% run off, just as a good measure. If I did that every feed with 30L pots it would be a right task! Hope that helped mate 👍🏻
