Basically it's just a 3 gallon lightweight plastic pot from home depot and the soil is Coast of Maine "Stonington" HAHA blend (which works great for photoperiod plants but not autos, btw. I tried a NL auto with the same mix and it completely failed)). It doesn't require additional fertilizers but I will use organic liquid fertilizer every other watering during flowering to help keep the leaves from yellowing too much
Right now I'm only watering about once per week or so.
I removed the lowest set of branches to prevent it from becoming too wide later on.
Sometimes it's hard to anticipate by prior experience the rate of growth, because that is determined by it's genetics. I can see it growing faster. I will start flowering within days I think
My only complaint is that the branches grow too close to each other with very little stretch so the buds are all crowded together. They are looking smaller and more button-like than expected despite beefy branches and large leaves, though there is time to see this improve.. big calyxes emerge with the trichomes cloudy and orange pistils from the start. Smells like banana cream somewhat.
Numerous small buds, sugar leaves brings a surprisingly good yield. Most of the smaller leaves and stems are snow flocked with gummy trichomes, therefore a good plant for creation of extract. Flavor & smell match, and appeal to the modern trend towards modesty & refinements with an effete fruit-tinged perfume somewhat reminiscent of banana cream, along with scents like coffee, lavender and baby powder? Something like that, anyway.
