Girls are around day 16 and are doing well. I gave them a nice microbial tea today. Pretty much just guiding them through the first couple weeks. They seem to bounce back from the heat .
Compost tea is a liquid extract of compost that contains plant growth compounds and beneficial microorganisms. Liquid extracts have been used for hundreds of years in agriculture to promote plant and soil health.Liquid extracts have been used for hundreds of yearsI never see it before. Did you try it already ?
Yeah I just brew a basic tea with some earthworm castings, cold pressed kelp, molasses, and little alfalfa meal . Put it in a net and let it bubble for 24 hrs. Girls go bananas for it. You can add some guanos to it and make it basically a feed tea also. I don't use compost but you definitely can. When you add the tea you'll notice a difference in a few hrs or the very next day. :muscle:
