Coming along nicely,only feeding when required and not overwatering while trying to get as much air in as possible. Complete newbie forgive me as I’ve entered previous nute solution for previous weeks incorrectly,correct as from now.
Growing nicely,unfortunately no humidifier or dehumidifier and no aircon to regulate temp and humidity,relying solely on fresh air from duct coming from outdoor,growing in winter in the southern hemisphere. Have to invest in those now in the upcoming summer. . . Anyways topped this week coz I have to wait for a maxisun 450w led that will arrive in just over 2 week so let’s see what happens!
This week decided to top for a second time to wait in time for the led and for a even canopy hoping for 4 main colas. Discovering some issues later in the week
Got to the culprit,root bound issue. Transplanted to bigger freedom pot,kept nutes the same because I didn’t wanna stress her any more than what she already is going through
Mycelium Co2 generator,warmer conditions,only feeding twice a week and really what she needs only,not to much or too little. Must say she absolutely loves the fabric pot,getting as much airflow to the roots as possible as she can
This week she picking up nicely,amazed the amount of trichome production already.flushed with ph 6.5 water for 5 days then resumed with same schedule,can’t wait to see her fatten up,still got a long way to go,happy growing!
I want more center penetration for middle bud sites,can I train the main canopy more without stressing her to slow down growth and also to avoid bud rot in center when she fattens up?
Hello ! She looks well trained to me , in flowering I would not bend the stems anymore as they are no more flexible like when she was younger. To avoid bud rot you need to low the humidity to 30% at the end of flowering and to create a good airflow around your buds with a fan ( with a 90° rotation in one of the cornes ). Eager to see outcome of overall bud size due to the stress this lady has been through,root bound,transplant shock,led burn and not to mention the cold winter she’s been through. Smells like overripe fruit initially when opening the tent,but has a sweet citrus musky smell. 2-3 weeks left hopefully,planning on lowering the led aswell and maybe add a ripener to her.
Sorry forgot to mention start date 06 2018 to current date 17 10 2018 and my second grow but very first in a proper setup like this.

Taking her as long as I can,lowered led to 50cm from canopy. Swelling slowly, quite suprised to see the results so far with the maxsisun 450w. Maybe another week and a flush thereafter?fan leaves are still quite dark so I’ll let her tell me when she’s ready. . .happy growing!
Smelling nice and looking nice,took out lower fan for more airflow. Taking her right to the end,maybe one more week and a flush,lowered led to the max. Only hoping she will produce some fine smoke after what she’s been through and if she does I’ll enter the November comp if I harvest in time. Thanks for following and happy growing!
Growing this girl is was easy from the start with the cfls,swopped it with the led and ran into a bit of issues later down the line. Overall she responded well to nutes and produced some fine herb in the end. This is my second grow ever and I must say I’ve learned a lot and I’m still learning day by day with of course the help of you guys and grow diaries!!!(thanks a lot).drying she hung down for 7 days in darkness when stems started snapping and transferred to two mason jars with the Boveda 58% . Burpped once a day for first week then waited a week for the Boveda to do the trick(obviously I tasted in between 😁 just to check it out). End of this week she will finally be ready to smoke and I must say I just can’t wait. Once again thanks all for your input and remember happy growing!
