Both seeds popped 2 days after planting. Slowly making their way down town. Light at about 18inches at 20% for roughly 200ppfd. First watering yesterday for one of them, did bottom watering for about 10 minutes. Other one probably watered tomorrow. Wish I could get it little hotter and more humid in the closet but its not bad.
Nothing crazy this week. Developing their main leaves. One watering with recharge. raised my lights to 25% for about 300 ppfd, will raise another 5or so % this week. Little bit bigger and ill transpant to 3gallons for the rest of veg.
Transplanted into 3 gallon fabric pots. Used FFOF soil with Gaia Green soil amendments mixed in. Light watering with recharge. One of the girls is enjoying the environment more than the other and is growing at a faster rate. PPFD at about 450 will raise to 500 during this week. Topping when the lower nodes get a little bigger
Did first topping yesterday, a week after transplant. Have given it a little bit of cultured biologix calmag in one watering and some recharge in a different watering. PPFD is at about 500/550, will keep it there for the next few days after topping. Have also applied rooted leaf agritech's silica skin as a foliar twice to improve cell strength. They need water about every three days which is on point
3/12 - raised light pffd, light watering around stem with calmag
3/15 - light watering
3/17 - watered 1/4 tsp recharge / 1/2 gallon
3/18 - topped and silica skin foliar
3/19 - watered
3/21 - raised light significantly to about 18inchs above canopy and raised intensity to 71% for approximetly 600 ppfd. Hopefully promote some more stretch while raising ppfd a little
3/22 - watered 1/4tsp recharge per 1/2 gallon
3/23 - rooted leaf agritech silica skin foliar
They are both growing new sprouts like crazy since topping. Today 3/25 i added lst clips to higher nodes to get them even level with the bottom stem nodes. They need watering about ever third day which is perfect. Watering a little more than half a gallon each.
3/24 - watered with 1/2 tsp cal mag per 1/2 gallon water
3/25 - added lst clips
3/27 - watered about 1/2 gallon each with 1/4 tsp recharge per 1/2 gallon. Notice a break in a stem one one of the plants from the lst clips and tried to mend it with tape. This didn't go so well and it ended up just being topped, along with the other side for symmetry. Rough times
3/29 - watered and foliar sprayed with silica skin
Transplant day. Into 5 gal pots with FFOF mixed with Gaia greens glacial rock dust, power bloom, and worm castings. Raised light to keep around 650 ppfd, watered just 1/2 gallon between the two with 1/4 tsp recharge. Took out lst clips and added first tresllis. Will defoliate in a couple days, then flip to flower in a week.
Switching it to flower, 37 days after planting the seeds. Did a defoliation and prune up. When harder than I usually do on the prune up, basically lollipopping aiming for just some fat top nugs. Applied rooted leaf agritech silica skin foliar.
4/5 - watered with 1/4 tsp recharge per half gallon
4/8 - watered with 1/2 tsp biologix calmag per half gallon, half a gallon each plant
4/9 - silican skin foliar spray
Stretch starting to begin in second week of flower. They have probably grown upwards about 1-2inches first week. Gave a watering with recharge today and they were prayin to the lights above. Going strong
4/13 - watered with cultured biologix calmag
4/15 - watered with 1/2 tsp recharge per gallon of water. Each plant got maybe 3/4 a gallon today. The stretch has really taken off and bud sites are forming.
The stretch is real at the end of week 2. One more week and hopefully they will be at full height. Will do a 21 day defoliation to start next week. They are getting thirstier. I alternate between recharge and calmag additives. Light is around 900 ppfd at top of canopy. Trying to even out height of the two plants, so I added a second trellis.
4/17 - Watered with a 1/2 tsp cultured biologix calmag per 1/2 gallon water.
Add a wet towel. Higher your light and turn up the % of the light.
This will increase heat from light, but will also increase ppfd so be sure to move it above 60. Use a phototone app.. get the lux at the current hight and then you'll have something to go from by moving the light up and adding heat and inturn it will dry up the towel making a higher RH.
Good luck with your grow. Id also think of throwing a few quick 56 day autos if you're planning on long vegging. You'll have more than enough space unless you doing a Scrog.
