RQS Apollo F1

Since this is my first grow, I decided to do some LST on plant #2. I will grow plant #1 without any training. Since the plants were growing almost identically, Ill have a good comparison, which method is better. I got some leaf burn on the top of plant #1. I measured 50.000Lux at the top of the plant. Now I have increased the distance to the light reading 40.000Lux. I hope this will improve things.
