Doesnโt look quite that bad to be honest, Iโve seen far worse. But this is pure genetics in my opinion. If you have another plant that is doing this from the same breeder I would say that run is not very good.

That plant doesn't look too healthy, I agree with @LSchnabel that it's probably bad genetics. Your grow setup looks good enough for growing great Cannabis ๐ Personaly I wouldn't waste anymore power and nutrients on this plant and start over.
