🌱 New adventure with Epsilon F1 by RQS 🌱 ⚙️ The F1 seeds will share the grow box with other 2 photoperiodic plants. As always I'll grow this seeds in hydroponic DWC setup, two of them in 5 liters pots and the other in 3.5 liters pot, Vents TT125 for air extraction and Hailea air pump! They are growing in a space dedicated of 90 cm x 40 cm (0.36 m2), under a 150 watt lamp which in the meantime also illuminating the other plants. 🍔 As regards the feeding regime, I will use the "Xpert Nutrients" line and some beneficial bacteria by "Terra Power Nutrients". 🗓️ About my plan, I say 9 weeks: 🌱 Seedling: 20/4 - 75 watt (2 weeks) 🌿 Vegetative: 18/6 - 100 watt (2 weeks) 🌸 Flowering: 18/6 - 150 watt (5 weeks) 🔎 Epsilon F1, made by combining genetics from inbred lines descending from Blue Dream, Blueberry, Amnesia, and Black Domina, boasts uniform grow traits, delicious aromas, and plenty of cannabinoids. It features a rich aroma that combines hints of fresh herbs and citrus with full-bodied earthy notes and touches of blueberries and lavender. Plus, it's the fastest autoflower in the RQS F1 lineup. Epsilon F1 is a mid-strength variety, consistently producing solid levels of THC and a terpene profile dominated by myrcene, farnesene, ocimene, and limonene. Not only do these terpenes impact Epsilon F1's delicious aroma, but also its effects, endowing it with a long-lasting, physically relaxing stone that soothes the entire body (predominantly courtesy of myrcene, linalool, and farnesene), mixed with an uplifting, motivational kick (from limonene). 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 GROW JOURNAL 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 🗓️ Germination stage [DAY 1] 🌡️ 23° C - 100% RH average; 🌱 Three seeds in tap water for 24 hours. [DAY 2] ⚡ Light: 30 cm / 10 watt; ⌛ Schedule: 24/0, to lead the seedlings to the light source; 🌡️ 23° C - 90% RH average; 🌱 Seeds in root riots, in a plastic bag to keep the moisture high. [DAY 3] ⚡ Light: 30 cm / 10 watt; ⌛ Schedule: 24/0; 🌡️ 23° C - 90% RH average; 🌱 Something is moving, tomorrow we'll have nice seedlings. [DAY 4] ⚡ Light: 30 cm / 10 watt; ⌛ Schedule: 24/0; 🌡️ 23° C - 70% RH average; 🌱 Seedlings are here, moved in net-pots with some clay. Tomorrow is the first day veg for all; 🔜 In 7/10 days I'll decide if keep all the seedlings or choose the two best ones to keep and discard one.

🗓️ WEEK 1 / DAY 1-7 ⚡ Light: 40 cm / 75 watt; ⌛ Schedule: 20/4; 🌡️ 22.5° C - 65% RH average; 📑 PH 5.5 - EC 0.6; 🍔 Vegetative blend in DWCs: tap water + Grow (A+B) 0.5 ml/l + Master Root 1 ml/l + Fire Yields 1 ml/l. I'm feeding the plants at half strength, I prefer to go easy on these little beauties; 💧 Watering every day trough the clay with 50 ml solution: tap water + Fire Yields 1 ml/l. The white pot (phenotype #3) is around 3.5 LT instead of 5 LT, if I'll decide to keep this seedling till the end, I will buy a bigger pot, easier to manage; 🌱 Seedlings in DWCs: Pheno #3 got the DWC three days later, that's the reason why it's smaller. For the same reason, the phenos #1 and #2 have a lot of roots in DWC already; ⚙️ Air extractor and Air pump ON 24/0. No Humidifier. 👯‍♀️ As you can see in the pics, I have other seedlings in my grow-box, here the diaries if you want to take a look: - White Widow (GHS): https://growdiaries.com/diaries/198827-green-house-seed-co-white-widow-grow-journal-by-deepwatergrower - Wonder Pie (GHS): https://growdiaries.com/diaries/198835-green-house-seed-co-wonder-pie-grow-journal-by-deepwatergrower

🗓️ WEEK 7 / DAY 43-49 ⚡ Light: 30 cm / 150 watt; ⌛ Schedule: 18/6; 🌡️ 24° C - 65% RH average; 📑 PH 6 - EC 2.3; 🍔 Flowering blend in both DWCs: tap water + Silica force 1 ml/l + Master bloom (A+B) 2 ml/l + Bloom booster 2 ml/l + Sugar shot 2 ml/l + Sticky fingers 2 ml/l + Enzymes 1 ml/l + Fire yields 1 ml/l + La Calavera Catrina 1 ml/l. I think it's too strong for phenotype #2, I'm starting to see some burnt tips. Next week I will dilute the solution; ✂️ #1 & #2: DEFOLIATION and LST on day 48; ✂️ #2: SUPERCROPPING on two branches on day 48; 🌱 #1 is gaining weight day by day, it's a pleasure open the box in the morning and look at her. I hope to harvest this one in 3 weeks; 🌱 #2 is officially taller than the other plant, just a week ago it would have been absurd to think of this incredible development. This phenotype is about ten days late and this was its last week of strong stretching, which is why I decided to bend the two highest branches. I prefer to do it now, a little earlier than ideal, to avoid further slowing down the true flowering phase that is about to begin; 🆕 I moved both plants into two larger DIY DWC pots (12 LT), they drink a lot and I can't add solution every day! ⚙️ Fan, extractor and pump ON 24/0. 👯‍♀️ As you can see in the pics, I have other seedlings in my grow-box, here the diaries if you want to take a look: - White Widow (GHS): https://growdiaries.com/diaries/198827-green-house-seed-co-white-widow-grow-journal-by-deepwatergrower - Opium (Divine seeds): https://growdiaries.com/diaries/206602-divine-seeds-opium-grow-journal-by-deepwatergrower

🌱 GERMINATION (4 days) Seeds in a glass of EC 0.4 tap water for 24 hours, then in root riots, in a plastic bag to keep the moisture high and under the lamp. They sprouted on day 4 from dry seed. 🌿 GROWING STAGE (4 weeks) During the vegetative stage I used a root stimulant, as well as a classic A+B. I also tried microbial fertilizers for the first time in my setup. The first two weeks were slower than I expected, after which the two phenotypes started to accelerate. During the 3rd week I started with some training, I removed some leaves and bent the main stems to the side. The 4th was the last week of vegetative growth, I defoliated once again and performed LST to expose as many branches as possible to the light. Parameters: EC value was 0.6 mS/cm during the first week and I brought it up to 1.5 mS/cm during the last week; PH fluctuated between 5.5 and 6; Light during veg: 75-100 watt. 🌸 FLOWERING STAGE (7 weeks) During the transition stage, which lasted longer than I expected, I introduced: silicon, enzymes, flowering stimulator, PK, in addition to the usual root stimulants, A+B and microbial fertilizers. During the first and third weeks (weeks 5 and 7) I dedicated myself to training: defoliation, LST and SuperCropping for both. During the last four weeks of flowering (weeks 8-11) I simply paid attention to the PH-EC levels to provide the roots with optimal conditions. I then kept the TEMP-RH-VPD-PPFD values under control, providing optimal conditions above as well. I chopped them when the trichomes were about 90% milky and 10% amber. Parameters: EC value was 2 mS/cm during the first week of flowering and I brought it up to 2.3 mS/cm, before starting to dilute for the flush week; PH ranged between 5.8 and 6.2; Light during flo: 120-150 watt; ✅ HARVEST - 77 days from germination; - Chopped after 4 days flush, no dark time; - Wet trim, removed fan leaves. ✅ DRYING STAGE - Time: 10 days; - Average: 24° C - 55% RH. - After that I made a dry trim, removed branches and sugar leaves. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT - Phenotype #1: 110 gr buds + 10 gr larf; - Phenotype #2: 70 gr buds + 20 gr larf. So, the overall dry weight is: 180 gr buds + 30 gr larf. ✅ CURING STAGE - Curing is done after 45 days with Boveda 62%. ⚠️ I can't add a Smoke Review section, so I write it here: Curing is done after 45 days with Boveda 62%. Both phenotypes have an aroma that combines herbs and citrus with earthy notes. About the effects, physically stone dominates, definitively!
