Milk and Cream Cookies for Santa!

Baking up a tasty batch of Cream Cookies to leave near my chimney for that fat mofo! 😋 She popped out after 2 days in the RapidRooter and has been beaming up ever since! Using RO water with a bit of Voodoo Juice. Starting to see a little yellowing on day 6, so I'm introducing a bit of nutrients as of beginning week 2. Some of grandma's tasty recipe coming up, boys! 😁

Wow, does this strain grow fast! The roots exploded underneath, and I'm already seeing 3 solid nodes with the 4th on its way! I read from fast buds that this strain goes upwards of 12 weeks. I'm hoping it does because that means this will be better for topping and training -- I think. There shorter life-span plants seem to hate topping as much as I hate not topping. I'm really happy with the growth on this strain, and I'm looking forward to another 2 weeks of veg -- fingers crossed! 🙏 DAY 20 UPDATE: The roots have exploded and are coming out everywhere. It looks to be growing some massive leaves, I'm not even sure if the plant is big enough to support them yet! The lower set of leaves had some spots appear, but they don't look like mold or anything serious. I think this is related to some temperature and humidity fluctuations we had here in Chicago. Now that winter is here, my tent dropped to about 68-70 degrees F, down from 75-78. The plant is growing well, however, and the spots appear to only be on the 1 set of leaves. I don't think I'm going to top this strain -- I want to see what kind of yield I can get by letting it grow naturally.

This plant is growing really rapidly now. The roots are coming out from everywhere on this one. I pulled two sets of the original leaves because they were massive and blocking the lower branches from getting light. It seems to have liked that because there was major growth overnight. We'll see what happens over the next weeks. It's showing its sex -- but its not yet in flowering. I'm still giving her veg nutrients right now. Ohh, and I did end up topping her once.

This plant is shaping up fast! Cream Cookies appears to burst out of the ground racing! I cut off the lowest node just to focus growth on the top most branches. I'd be okay with getting less branches with more buds, if possible. Leaves look healthy. I'll start doing some LST soon -- I know most people would have started by now, but I want a little bit longer stems to work with. I rotate the plant every so often to get a good distribution of light. So far she seems to be doing great!

This plant is a BEAST! I don't know what else to say about it... I've been defoliating it here and there to open up the middle canopy. Today I did some LST to pull the main branches flat and hopefully turn everything upwards. I'm also hoping to get the lower branches to grow up and flatten out my canopy. We'll see what happens. She's in transition, for sure, but I wasn't 100% sure if she was ready for flowering nutes. I did it anyway -- hoping the Bud Ignitor will do it's job!

So far, so good! This strain has been a treat to grow. It handled topping well and has produced a good amount of bud sites. I'm still doing some training and defoliation to try and expose lower sites and bring them to the top of the canopy, but we'll see! She's starting to show some small bud development. The next few weeks are going to get interesting! No real obvious odor at the moment.

This has been an interesting grow. This week I did some massive defoliation -- even took off some lower branches that seemed to just be producing larfy buds. I'm not sure how this is going to recovery but it will be a good expirement either way. This plant should have 3-5 weeks left in its growth cycle, from my estimates. I'm thinking I'll try and push the nutrient level a little bit higher this time....I've seen some other growers getting high PPMs with autoflowers while I've been trying to maintain less than 600ppm. While that seems to have produced nice buds, I am wondering if perhaps I need to give just a little bit higher levels in the primary flowering stages. I'd be interested if anyone has any ideas or thoughts about this. What's your "max" PPM for autos?

This week has been good. I overdid the defoliation last week, but she grew back and filled in the canopy quite well! Also, I started pushing her nutrients up a bit - I notice other growers using upwards of 900 ppm. I'm at about 675 now, but will try and go to maybe 775 next week? We'll see -- she's filling up now. This week should see some major bud development if all is well!

Gave her a defoliation tonight to open up the canopy a bit. She’s doin Really good!! She’s healthy. All leaves look nice and green. I’ve been able to pump it up to 900ppm which is cool - hoping to see some major bud transformation this week! I’m thinking next week might be my switch to Overdrive....we’ll see. So far, so good. No major odor but trichomes are just starting to appear.

So far so good! She’s healthy other than some minor light burn on the top most leaves. Even that is hardly noticeable - top flowers have a glossy look, but nothing major. She’s putting on some weight - I’m think 2-3 weeks still though based upon number of white pistols and bud development/size.

She’s getting close! Starting to put on some bud weight. She smells very chocolatey 🍫 Starting to build up some nice trichomes...and I’m just beginning to see that reddish hue that FastBuds says she takes on. Really excited to try this one!!

I can tell this won’t be a crazy sized harvest, but it should be about average. I’m fine with that because I pushed this lady to the extremes with high PPMs. I was surprised to see such density despite that fact. The only problems she had was dark green leaves from over use of Nitrogen. Even still, she produced really nice buds. I’ve got 10 more of the seeds, so you damn well know I’ll be growing them again soon! I’ll update dry weight and smoke report soon. No point in wet weight because my stem weights would throw it off. DRY WEIGHT: 30 grams (1.07 oz). No longer has a chocolatey smell -- its very fruity, but in a distinct way. I tried a small nug directly off the hangers and I am blasted right now 😵 Definitely interested to see how she smokes after a few weeks worth of cure! I would like to have gotten a bit more yield from her, but it's possible topping affected her as well as over-nutrie00
