Transferred all 4 from the windowsill to the grow tent. Had to add soil and bury some stem stretching as I left them out one day longer than I would've liked. Healthy so far. No sign of any illness which is always good. Been keeping the light around 16-18 inches from top of plants (mars hydro guide said to add 6 inches if growing in soil) at a 30% intensity. Watering every other day or as needed.
