Not a grow "as planned".
The whole idea of this double medium looked pretty plausible to me, but troubleshooting with this stuff is an other level as said....couldn't get them straight.
Despite the troubles, Orange Cookies itself sorted out to be pretty easy to grow. Smells delicious and gives a smooth sweet smoke. With the early harvest in mind, this one's coming up again in a future

Tried a small bud last week, since I had no idea how things would be going ....up or down...
Effect was pretty amazing and satisfying, so decided to take them down and prepare for a new Dutchfem grow.
No more double medium shizzle for this guy.

got tired of payng 20 a 1 lb bag of perlite so grabbed a 75lb bag for 70 bucks.

Kind of experimenting after reading an article about it. The perlite gets lots of "clean" water pH5.5 the soil gets the nutrients and should be able to go up to about ec 4(?!). They should be able to handle it deu to fresh water being available all the time. It's said to be growing faster and vigorous this way. So far I see little difference with 100% soilgrow though 🙈 just a lot more measuring
