Flowers are developing nicely but slowly. Very few feeder leaves are turning yellow yet. I saw some webs between one of her branches and Lemon Cake. So I sprayed them with alcohol and burned some leaves. She and L. Cake have the same dense bushy structur. The buds are tight to the stems which traps humidity and moisture. Inviting pests and fungus.

What causes limb to act as if detached from mother? Fractal is outside, healthy, no bugs or fungus. And no break of stem. The stem is wilty and limp.

My guess would also be a fungus or bug in that stem.
Keeping it won't bring any positive as it is already dead, so I would 2nd Lerome's advice to chop and inspect it. Just chop a bit away from your main stalk so the wound is not on the stem of the plant, creating a new opening where fungus can infect the plant. Do it in the morning on a dry day so the wound can dry as fast as possible.
