They are autoflower plants. They don't obey light schedules like photoperiod plants. 18/6 or 20/4 is their light schedule till they finish. There are 3 types of weed, autoflowers, fast flowering, and photoperiods. The last 2 obey light times.

Zu viel Wasser! In dem Stadium und mit dieser Blattmasse, wären etwa 0,3 Liter pro Tag angemessen. Die Wurzeln kriegen keine Luft und vergammeln. Erstmal, die nächsten drei Tage, nicht mehr gießen.
