cheech87 On 04/01/24, I lovingly planted a seed of Neville's Haze from the Greenhouse Seed Company into the soil, and on 04/06/24, the seedling finally broke through the surface. Although it took a bit longer than expected, it shines in all its glory. I watered it with a mix of Voodoo Juice, Tarantula, and Piranha to ensure its roots thrive robustly. EC: 0.4 pH: 6.2

cheech87 The growth isn't perfect. I'm curious to see what the next leaf pairs will look like. If it keeps going like this, I'll finish it and try again.

cheech87 My plant is growing quite wide and has very long branches. I think I shouldn't have pruned her. Let's see how it goes from here. She's growing well without any problems. I'm curious to see when she reaches sexual maturity. I actually want to keep her as small as possible, but I think with this phenotype that will be difficult since she already has such long branches.

cheech87 The growth has suddenly taken off – this week it has literally exploded. And the smell! Without even touching it, it stinks like crazy, but in a spicy way. It has very long branches, which were slow at the beginning, but now it has overtaken all the others.

cheech87 They are now sexually mature. In my opinion, the flowering has started because of the stretch. It will take a while before you can say for sure that this strain is flowering. It has a strong smell, but I can't describe it yet.

cheech87 My Neville's Haze is definitely in flowering now. You can clearly see the first stigmas. I'm really curious to see how it goes from here and how the buds will develop. This strain has many phenotypes regarding bud structure. I'm also looking forward to the terpene profile that will develop. I hope it will smell like incense. Haven't fertilized. pH 6.2

cheech87 This week I'm going to try a new product: Greenhouse Bio Feeding. I carefully mixed it into the soil and just to be safe, I only used half of the recommended dose. Then I watered with the Bio Enhancer. I hope this doesn't affect my grow. From now on, I'm just a spectator and have no influence on the nutrient plan. I'm really curious to see how things will go in the next few days. This time I chose this route because the plant is turning slightly yellow again. In my last grow, I couldn't keep my plants healthy. I didn't do so well with my chemical fertilizers in keeping them healthy. I thought organic would be safer and I hope it brings the desired success. The buds are growing really well and the plant is taking up almost all the space. I underestimated it a bit and now I have no more room. 🤣🤣

cheech87 Everything is going well with my Neville's Haze, but it could definitely be better. She's growing well, but she has a few yellow leaves more often. Since I fertilized her with the organic fertilizer from Greenhouse, it has gotten a bit better, but it's not completely over yet. She has shown good flower growth this week and significantly increased trichome production. She smells amazing, very sweet like honey and incense.

cheech87 The plant has grown well. This week I gave it some organic enhancer again. The buds are developing good trichomes, and the smell has become more intense, but still reminds me of incense.

cheech87 My Neville's Haze doesn't look healthy anymore, but it's still growing well. I hope I can keep it alive for a few more weeks, as it needs to stay for at least another 5 to 6 weeks.

cheech87 What can I say, it became my problem child. I couldn't keep it healthy. I think it has root binding, that's why it turned so yellow. I'm just going to let it keep growing like this, it'll take a few more weeks, but whatever. I'll definitely try it again and give it a bigger pot of 25-30 liters, like my Panama A5 Haze. That one looks way better and the flowering time is about the same for this strain. The smell is a dream, but I was probably just lucky because this plant has a lot of phenos, from weed monster to holy grail 😅🤣. It's a shame I couldn't keep it healthy, but I'll grow it again. Such long-flowering plants are massively underestimated.

cheech87 My Neville's Haze had problems early on in this grow, but it's still growing. The buds are getting fatter and look silvery due to the increasing trichomes. The smell is still very sweet and reminds me of incense.

cheech87 My Neville's Haze doesn't look good anymore, but it smells deliciously sweet like incense and very sweet Haze. It will surely be very tasty, even though unfortunately I couldn't fully realize its potential. However, I will definitely grow it again. I can still learn a lot from these plants, as they are not so easy for me to grow. The buds are silvery because of the trichomes and look very beautiful.

cheech87 Yeah, I have to say, my plant looks really bad 😅, but the buds smell absolutely amazing, wonderfully hazy, sweet, like sandalwood and incense. They're still developing well and are now making the usual Haze buds with nice foxtails. I'm really curious to see how it will taste. I hope it smells like incense in a church – that would be the ultimate. 😊 I will grow it again to do better.

cheech87 Neville's Haze It will probably be ready a bit earlier since it already has some amber trichomes. I will let it sit a little longer, but it definitely won't take 16 weeks. This is probably because the plant thinks it's dying, which may be due to its health. The smell is extremely sweet, like incense and exotic ripe fruits, with a hint of mango. I'm curious to see what scents will emerge during drying and curing.

cheech87 I will cut them because many trichomes are already overripe. It's very mixed, from clear to fully degraded. I will grow them again because I can learn a lot from her. I'm almost sure that with better care, I could grow her longer and that she wouldn't look like this now with the trichomes. I think she reacted this way because she thought it was the end for her. In terms of appearance, it's true: she's totally yellow, even the leaves in the buds. The smell is amazing, and I can hardly wait to light her up.

cheech87 I had a good harvest with my Neville's Haze—115g under 12/12. It was far from a perfect grow, but you always learn something. Now it's being cured, and in a few weeks, we'll see how it smokes.

Looking very good. I think you should be okay on space. The buds themselves are what stretched for me at this point on stacking new nodes. I could see them get tighter and tighter as I was trimming up the stalk to about quarter-inch node spacing at the top of the cola

@MindFlowers68, thanks Yes, the top dressing has kept her healthy so far, but she turned a bit yellow again as I couldn't keep the temperature low anymore. Now she's back in the safe zone, she smells amazing, just like an old incense church sativa 🤤 I'm really happy with her

@MindFlowers68, Thanks I hope I can keep them healthy until the end of the flowering – it's still a long way to go. (+-16 weeks)

hello mate, first of all good luck in this new journey!! why do you do 12/12 light schedule with a photoperiodic strain?
cheech87
cheech87 commented2y ago
@GrowerOG, thanks a lot I have a few extremely sativa-dominant plants in my tent. If I don't switch them to a 12/12 light cycle right away, they'll overgrow my tent. Almost all of these strains are particularly wild like this strain here. With my last plant, the Killer A5 Haze, I harvested 214g dry under a 12/12 cycle and saved on electricity. In between, I add a few hybrids or indicas for variety when smoking. However, I harvest less from those, about 25g to 45g dry. I'm currently focusing heavily on sativas because I'm looking for the ultimate incense flavor and aroma, combined with an intense high that opens the third eye. Otherwise, I would also grow under 18/6 and then go into flowering after 4 to 8 weeks, but with these sativas in a tent, it's impossible. Check out Ace Seeds for strains like Panama A5 Haze or Killer A5 Haze
