Trichomes are pretty milky but not going into autumn yet. She still has some time. Still not happy with the leafy buds

I'm a little unsure about the nutrients during this transitional phase. When do I quit the Biobizz Fish Mix exactly and switch to Bio Grow + Bio Bloom?

BioBizz suggests in the feeding chart, that you use Bio Grow instead of Fish mix, when transitioning into flower. By the Looks of your plants, you can start using Bio Grow now, the additional sugars should enhance the taste of the final product

I'm not very happy about the bud size of my Orion at this point. I don't see the kind of bud structure I see with other growers. They don't seem to have a whole lot of flower matter to them but a lot of sugar leaves. What am I doing wrong?

This can be due to long term over feeding.........excessive leaf growth at the expense of flower growth. Too much "good going" produces nice bushy plants, but often with under developed flowers. Otherwise, genetics is the determining factor.
