Looks like slight nutrient burn. The leaves are looking extra lush in the picture and a bit shiny, this is likely from to much N for its stage of growth. AN brand likes you to overfeed their products so you buy more of their products, Not a huge fan of their product lineup I find there are other well rounded less bottle feeds for much less money. Look into JACKS or Terraquuata aka GH re brand after GH sold out to Scott's miracle grow. Also with liquid nutriets you always want to get some runoff to prevent buildup in the medium. Soil is hard to do this with if it is not well draining. So in that case Feed - Water every other time. Or Feed - Water - Water so it does not build up and cause issues all depends how heavily your feeding them. I tend to only give max 18hr on, All depends on how much DLI you giving the plant. Goodle DLI is its new to your, I've been told the Wiki article is pretty good. The feed strength.
