All 5 of my seeds have germinated and are above ground as of April 26th- 7:55am. That is exactly 72 hours which is how long it usually takes me. So this grow I decided to try starting half my seeds in seed starting mix and the other half in fox farm happy frog as usual. I noticed the first seed that broke dirt was in the seed starting mix so i may start using that to start my seeds. Im just wondering if the nutrients in the soil last as long as happy frog? But Ive decided that doesnt matter because ill be transplanting before it matters.
Update as of May 17th - All 5 plants are doing well. I almost killed all 5 plants and that set them back at least a week or more but they all pulled through and are now into vigorous growth. I will be starting week 1 of vegatation soon. I used to consider the plants first day of life day one of veg but thats not true and im glad i figured that out. I used to always wonder why everybodys plants seemed so much bigger than mine in week 1 and 2
